Went to purchase Toyota's flagship car, Land Cruiser, $88k. They gave me a competive price, $79k. They offered a less than competitive trade value, but they had the perfect color. After several visits and hesitation due to the sales guy's arrogance, we finally decided to make the deal. We signed everything except the finance agreement, as we planned to do that the next day (today). I maintained contact with the dealer and they began to delay the delivery, the final finance paperwork and then asked to see my trade again. I felt the bait and switch... I didn't have time to take my car back and told them they could see it when we close the deal and take delivery. They didn't like that and then I offered them to pick my car up at work. They declined after accepting that offer. They then cancelled the deal. They either intended to cheat me on my trade agreement, or sold it out from under me. I went to their competition and left with a new vehicle the same day.

They did some awful stuff to us. They committed fraud on us after almost 20 years of working with them. They said it failed the inspection and there's a $1600 repair. He said "Oh let me show you the new cars. You can get a new car and we can make you a great deal or you can have the $1600 repair." We checked around and looked at Angie's List. There was a company with a good rating so we brought it there to see their opinion and ask how much they'll charge us. They were very confused. They said it was not a reason to fail us. It's not on the list for the reason to fail us. My husband went back and tried to launch a complaint but he was absolutely blown off. They should not be recommended. It was awful.

Their business manager Daniel Lewis was great to work with. As was my salesman Andy Ross.

They found me exactly what I wanted color wise , and price wise. No hidden fees or questionable tactics.

I had done research when I was thinking about buying a Prius and the other factor is that it's relatively close to where I live. They drove me home and when the car was ready they came and picked me up to bring me back.

Great followup customer service from the Customer Service manager and the technician.
They fixed the issue and cleaned up the oil on my car.
It was inconvenient to have to drive back there but they got the work done fast.

Very honest. Easy to make an appointment. Prompt service - usually done the same day. Sometimes the diagnosis takes a little longer, but they get right on it once you approve the estimate. With our transmission they shopped around for new and used parts and let us make the decision on how much we wanted to spend. They are always very careful and compliment us on how well we take care of our truck. They treat it like something special even though it is very old. We do all the regular maintenance and it is paying off - 250,000 miles and going strong. Too bad about a new transmission, but it's about the same cost as 7 payments and we will be able to drive it much longer than 7 months.

This is the second time I used Mark Miller Toyota, the first time being when I took my 2008 Prius in for a couple of recalls. They were outstanding then, and amazingly enough, this time too! When you take your car in, the mechanic basically gives it a routine check up, so you know what issues the car has. Nobody hounded me to do extra work but there was a short list of things to do along with recommendations. Bruce Belliston has been my advisor and he guided me as to what priority there should be in regards to work done. He knows I like to do some stuff myself so he doesn't recommend anything to be done by them if he thinks I can do it myself. Their prices really weren't that bad, and they are probably much better at finding and diagnosing problems as they see these cars on a regular basis and know their weaknesses. I brought in my daughter's Pontiac Vibe ( a re-labeled Toyota Matrix) and they were very adept at finding any problems. They even gave me credit for a couple armrest switch mounting plates that I had ordered through them earlier that were not compatible with my car. They really didn't have to do that because I had ordered them thinking Toyota and Pontiac shared common trim items (they don't!). This saved me $50, I also had installed a couple of interior bulbs and couldn't get one to work, but found out that I had simply turned up the rheostat to a position where it turned off the interior lights. Nowhere was this information in the owners manual, but Tyler Jackson, the tech who worked on my car, made a note of this for me and there was no charge made.
I really can't say enough good about Mark Miller Toyota, as I am a tough customer to please and they have exceeded my expectations. I am a car nut and know more than most about mechanical issues of cars, but I think this dealership would treat my wife just as fairly as myself. I never have raved about a dealership very much until now, but this dealer deserves a pat on the back for service well done. It is no accident that the service bays look nearly full every time I've gone in to service my cars.

I had an excellent experience with Mark Miller Service. I have a Lexus RX330 (2004) and it needed major service at 90,000 miles. This includes timing belt, water pump, major fluids etc. The Lexus dealership (where I had been taking it for years) quoted 1400 dollars in town. I called Mark Miller on a hunch and they told me that they would service my Lexus. They were very professional, gave me a loaner car for free and performed the exact same service for less than half price!! I was really blown away. The only glitch is that some of their staff on the phone do not seem to know that they perform Lexus service do ask to speak to their managers. The facility is clean and beautiful, better than Larry Miller Lexus. Last month a check engine light came on and I called them again.They transferred me to their mechanic who listened to me and thought that my gas cap needed replacement. The 'VSC' light was on as well and he said that this was automatic if the other check engine light comes on. I went to Autozone and got a 9 dollar replacement cap and the light has gone away. The advice was free and I really appreciated them.
