Initially I was not pleased, the material that had been used to fill the pitting was rough in places and I didn't like the color that had been used either. I expressed my concern to Jay and also a desire to see a higher shine on my travertine. He had his guys come out within a few days, they redid the work and left a beautiful shine. I'm very pleased and would use their service again. The only reason I didn't give an "A" for overall experience is because I was initially disappointed. I'm a picky consumer and wanted the end result to be exactly the way I had imagined it.

The work overall looks good. Sloppy and careless about protecting furniture and fixtures. Defensive and prickly when concerns were raised.
