Manwill was the second company we contacted to propose replacement of the furnaces and water heater. The sales rep., Rick, was prompt in contacting us and making an appointment to see the job. We selected the heating system and water heater he recommended after reviewing the materials he left. Installation by Ben and Diego began promptly and the installation was completed in the time frame promised. Ben and Diego worked quickly and efficiently. The finished work looks great. We requested the additional gas pipe reconfiguration for gas appliances we hope to have installed in the future (range and perhaps a gas grill and gas log). Pressure regulators were installed because the gas pressure had to be increased to accommodate future appliances as well as the gas clothes dryer that was installed several years ago. Our supply/pressure was too low for the existing appliances let alone future appliances. Questar changed out the meter components so our gas supply/pressure and is now adequate.

Excellent! From the first contact with the estimator (Rick) to the demonstration of the system after installation (Brian), everything was handled exceptionally well. Brian and Andy were the installers and they dealt with a difficult installation in a very professional way. Our house is over 80 years old, which created some challenges, but they dealt with them with great skill and no complaints. The total time of the installation took 8 days and they went out of their way to be sure we had heat every evening. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and we had complete confidence that they were doing everything with upmost quality. The new system is amazingly better than the old system. Virtually silent, even heating, easy to use thermostat, and the odor reduction in the filtration system actually works. The efficiency ratings are maximum, so utility savings should be good but no results yet. Will update when I have them.

Everything went like it should. The serviceman also found and fixed the light in my attic, which hadn't been working.

We had received bids from two other companies prior to my finding Manwill on Angie's list. I met first with Brian Biehler, Manwill's sales representative, and found him to be the most knowledgeable and straightforward of the company representatives with whom I'd met. Brian presented several options with the associated pros cons, costs, etc. We made the decision to go with Manwill, notified Brian of the unit we'd selected and had it installed within three working days. The installation crew was prompt, neat, courteous and careful to protect our property while working in and around the house. We had a minor post-installation problem which they fixed within hours of my notifying them. I would recommend them to friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

Installers arrived on time and work was done as agreed on. Installer provided education as to use. Clean up was done and job completed on time.

Wow, this is a great company. They came the day after we called, and spent an entire day doing the service described for exactly their quote. They performed other vent straightening and insulating work that they thought would make our heating/cooling service more efficient without charging any extra. They went through a checklist with us afterward to make sure all services and education had been completed, and made certain all our questions were answered. They marked on our furnace the filter size and type recommended and how to correctly place it. They were clean, professional, and did a great job.

Tech Bill arrived on time, called me with his cell phone before arrival with a question so he could come prepared, Manwill called me before his arrival to let me know he was on his way, he was courteous, explained things well, and did the job.

My washing machine water inlet pipe broke, sending water gushing into the laundry room and adjoining basement. After turning off the water mains, I called Manwill Plumbing. They sent a team of two men out the same day, calling me about 15 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. In addition, the company also recommended a clean-up company in case I needed help with the flooding. After the team arrived, they worked with efficiency, courteously answered all my questions, finished and cleaned up in an hour. An excellent job and excellent service during an emergency situation.

I called them with an emergency plumbing issue. It took the emergency company they use hours to respond to me, and they told me that they couldn't even fix my problem. The emergency company they use didn't speak very good English either. The secretary didn't seem phased when I told her how long it was taking for their guys to call me back.

Two servicemen arrived promptly at the specified time a day after I called to arrange service. We had a leaky, corroded water heater that they removed in about 2 1/2 hours and carried to the curb. (We already have a second water heater so a new one was not installed). The men were professional and the leader of the two was able to answer all of my many questions about water heaters - whether we might need to purchase a replacement second water heater, whether we should get a tank or tankless version and what both would cost, what the ages of our two water heaters were, why the corrosion occurs, how to and whether to earthquake proof our water heater, etc. We will definitely use this company again if needed. *I did not have an original estimate on cost so I can not comment on whether the final cost was higher or lower.

The two employees from Manwill were neat in appearance, arrived five minutes early (after calling to see it that was okay). They immediately got to work and were efficient and knowledgeable concerning how to install a new shower head (if we need to do a DIY project). They were at our house for a little over an hour and stayed to make sure that the operation of both the kitchen faucet and the shower head were working perfectly. When they left their work area was completely clean and they also informed us of our warranty rights.

They were on time and they did what they said they were going to do. I would hire them again in the future and I would also recommend them to others as well.

The technician, "Bill" arrived within the committed time window and was just terrific. Friendly, professional and tidy. Although there is a major part order that needs to be made, we was able to get the system operable to get us by until that can occur. I am very pleased with the service.

Katie, the woman who provided the estimate, was extremely professional. She was able to schedule the installation for the same week. The team showed up on time, worked most of the day and left me with a cool house and no mess!

Our upstairs tub was leaking and Manwill arrived at the scheduled appointment time to look at the problem. The tech determined that it was a leaky after-market overflow drain. Because the part had a special finish, they had to order a replacement drain and scheduled the repair for a few days later when the part would arrive. With houseguests on the way, the techs suggested that we caulk around the drain until the part arrived which we did and it held out during our guests' stay. They also replaced the washer taps when they returned to do the other work. There was no charge for the diagnostic call. The day of the repair, Manwill called early in the day and left a message that they could come earlier than scheduled. Unfortunately, I was out at the time of the call and did not call back so they redeployed to another client. The techs arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They worked very fast - done in about 30 minutes with both scheduled services. I asked if they could take a look at a toilet that wasn't flushing well and they took a few minutes to look at it and de-calcified the water jets which made a huge improvement. Overall, I felt they were very professional, and worked very fast.

The cost was good. They were very prompt on installing the new unit. The only problem that I have had is trying to get a hold of someone to answer some question on the new unit.

Fantastic service. Overall it took them about 1 1/2 hours to do the work. They were very clean and professional, making sure that the dishwasher was leveled and flush with the counter, etc. As for the leak, they were able to do the repair with minimal damage to the wall (wet sheet rock), and did a great repair. They arrived on time, and were done faster than expected.
