It was a great experience. They did a great job. I am actually planning to use them again.

Have used for years cleaning was actually quite good but lately have not come close to arriving at the time range they provide the day before the service. Have spoken to management but cleaners still do arrive even close to the time quoted.

The first time two people came and cleaned for two hours which took one entire gift card. Then the next time two new people came and my mom ended up helping to vacuum to get them finished within the two hours. I was disappointed after talking with them prior to purchasing the gift cards and then the service was not as expected. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

I hired MaidPro to do a full scrub down of our house. I have 5 rambunctious kids and they are hard to keep up with. They do their chores each day but they are still developing the skills to really be able to clean. My wife had been out of town for a week and so I wanted to surprise her with a clean home. I had called the online number for MaidPro and spoke to a person by the name of Amanda Resendes. She was very accommodating and seemed to have all the right answers for my questions. We agreed to a price for the first months cleaning which would require a monthly service with a minimum of 2 months and she told me I could use a Groupon for the second months cleaning. I explained I did not want to commit beyond two months because I wanted to see the quality of their service. During the 1st cleaning the two ladies that arrived were late from the time that was committed. This was not huge issue for me but it was not long after they were here that one of the ladies came to get my approval on the upstairs. I was surprised at how quick they were. I went to check on it and realized they were not following the 49 point check list they so proudly sold me on when I called. I had even given Amanda special instructions to clean base boards and wipe finger prints and dirt from the doors and light switches. I was so alarmed by the lack of quality I called Byron the owner and asked if he would like to come out to see the quality of work his people was performing. He seemed disinterested in coming out and basically told me the 49 point check list was not what they followed it was hourly time they are paid for. I felt he had no real concern for whether his people provided good quality work or not, just as long as they were here for the time specified. I found the doors and light switches were not wiped down and the based boards were not cleaned. I also found approximately 10x14 inch section of our mirror that was not cleaned. There was hair still all over the floor of the bathroom and the fixtures were not cleaned well. I spent two hours cleaning after they left. The day before, I went to buy some Tilex because I was embarrassed by the mildew in our shower and wanted to see if I could kill it off before they came to clean. When I went to use it again after they left, I realized they had taken it. The Tilex was not just sitting out they actually had to go through my bathroom cupboard to find it. The fact that Byron the owner didn't show any interest in my concerns and that I received no response to my feedback that he initiated via an email, was even more disappointing. The second go around was better but not by much. There was still a lack of detail in the cleaning and again I received an email requesting feedback. I sent the feedback and now 9 months later I have still never received a response. I wanted to be sure to post a rating because I don't want someone else to not be forewarned.

I am now using the service on a regular basis.

They cleaned the house. Two people came out for a couple of hours. They were fast. I would tell a friend or family member to go for it if they were considering hiring them. They cleaned LR and kitchen. They mopped, dusted and vacuumed.

It was really helpful.  And they did a great job.

A lot of time was wasted, I feel she just worked slow to use up the time and not do much. I guess you pay for what you get. The deal was awesome but the cleaning left a lot to be desired.

It was excellent. They were prompt, clean and thorough.

Bought two KSL deal coupons for 4 hours at 69.00. Was instructed to e-mail the owner to arrange a date for cleaning. The instructions on the e-mail asked that I include how many coupons I had purchased and what I needed done. I wrote a list including rooms where I wanted walls washed and three showers cleaned. The e-mail back was that I was asking too much for one coupon, but I had already indicated I had two coupons and included that they didn't have to finish if the time ran out, or I could pay for the extra. So we had planned two people for 4 hours. The day came and my mom was here to explain the cleaning as I was running a child to school. One cleaner was to start on walls and the other was to do my master shower. When I returned in 20 minutes, my mom said that "she couldn't understand them and they didn't seem to understand her and they weren't doing either of the chores." I went upstairs to find all three cleaning my daughters bathroom. Since they had started and it was one of the showers I wanted cleaned, I let them finish, but I talked to one of the workers and said that once they finished, I would like them to wash some walls and do another shower. She said no to the walls. I was taken back and told her that her boss had already OKed the work and she said " no, pero I try, but there was no trying. I asked how long they could stay after it took AN HOUR FOR THREE PEOPLE to clean my Jack and Jill bathroom. She said they could stay one hour 40 mins. I had them go ahead and clean the master bath and shower since the two bathrooms are comparable in size, I thought for sure we would have 40 minutes to do walls. I was wrong!!! They took the entire time to do my bathroom all the while, playing music and laughing and talking, it sounded like a party. I WAS FLABBERGASTED. I've cleaned my bathroom for 10 years and it's never taken me 4.5 hours. After they left I went back through and they didn't even dust light fixture or wipe fingerprints off the white cabinets. If I'm going to pay 130.00 and all I get is two bathrooms cleaned, they better be spectacular! When they finished and I asked if they were done the one maid I communicated with just offered that the bathroom was very, very dirty and that was why it took so long. Not buying it, I clean my house all time and I know how long it takes to clean if you are putting your nose to the grindstone. Cleaning as a group is definitely not as effective. Meanwhile, the walls I needed and looked forward to having cleaned were done by myself when I realized that they just weren't going to do it. Just wish that had been communicated ahead of time so I wasn't so disappointed!

She came on time. Listened carefully to what I wanted which wasn't just cleaning but help moving some things and sorting out in the basement.  I was able to get a dreaded task done with her cheerful help.  I feel fortunate to have been able to afford this at the discount price.  
I did get the wrong service out, initially.  Sandy Cleaning because I confused two firms, but they were good and understanding that I had meant the service with the discount.  They gave me some discount for cleaning, but then I wanted to get with my prepaid for four time.  I've had Sandy Maidpro two times and they were both great. Mary did both.  Both superlative.  Wish I could have them every other week.

Said they'd be here at a certain time - 2 hours late. Kept asking them to come in the am and they'd book me as their last appointment. Would ask for specific areas to be cleaned and focused on - never even touched (like baseboards.) Won't be using them again. I was able to find another house cleaner for $75/bi-weekly who cleans twice as fast and does a fantastic job. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Did clean 2 bathrooms, vacuumed my living room and furniture, and stairs and landing on the second floor. In addition, she mopped my utility room, kitchen and family room. In addition, she rearranged my clutter, cleaned my windows and cleaned the windowsills of the room. She worked very hard, was thorough and had a nice personality.

Two things really impressed me. First of all, my second floor bathroom tub had ugly hard water stains that I had tried to get off, but couldn't. She did, and now I can use the shower!

The other, I have a dog that sheds a lot. She brought her own vacuum and vacuumed the living room so well, that it appeared to be shampooed! The canister was filled with dog hair, and she never complained, and even took it to empty somewhere else.

My house sure smells nice. I am thinking of arranging to use this service monthly. There was a bit of communication problems with the company, but when that was straightened out, everything worked out fine. My daughter was visiting for a few days, and I'm a senior with arthritis, and can't manage this much. Felt like a nice relative helping out.

I used a groupon for the service.  It was $59.00 for 3 hours of service.  I stressed to Byron that I had company coming and wanted the cleaner to "DEEP CLEAN" my bathrooms. I did not have time to scrub the walls of the showers, really give the floors a good scrubbing and clean all the hairspray of the door and walls of one bath.  The maid came and just swished a rag around on the walls and floor.  I had time to do that and it wouldn't have cost me $60 plus a $20 tip.  She would not have gotten a tip had I been there and seen the crappy job she did.  I left my mother in charge while I was at work and she handed over the unwarrented tip.  The maid finished the bathrooms early (What a surprize, she didn't really even try to clean well.) and asked what else she could do, so my mother gave her two oven racks to clean.  Again, just a little scrubbing and called it good.  They were still a mess too when I looked at them.  I was so disappointed.  I sent an email to MaidPro to let them know how dissatisfied I was and got no response what-so-ever. Really feel taken advantage of.  Spent that night into the wee hours cleaning and doing the job I paid $80 for so my house would be clean for my company.  Really, really disappointed and angry!!!

While they look nothing like the advertise, They were fast and efficient, and friendly. There was a bit of a communication barrier, as I do not speak spanish. One of them spoke enough english that we could make it work. They were on time, and did what was promised. I would definitely hire them again.

It was just fine she did everything I asked and more.

the company was responsive to our requests of a cleaning and worked us in with our busy schedules.  The company called us with a confirmation of the time the maids would be there and that was appreciated greatly.



The two maids showed up on time and were told where to concentrate because it was only a four man hour cleaning.

the shortcomings of this cleaning are as follows:

The upstairs bath was very incomplete, the toilet not scrubbed and the tile in the shower had not been cleaned,



On the main floor they did a great job on the carpets and the hardwood floors but when it came to the bathroom they forgot to scrub the toilet again and the bathroom did not get dusted. Just a glass shelf and small cabinet but still not cleaned



In the kitchen they did a good job cleaning the microwave but the granite counters were still rough feeling and still had small cooking spills and water marks on the counter.  They don't rinse out their cleaning rags nearly enough so the granite was very streaked from being wiped down with a dirty wash rag.



In the downstairs it was vacuumed well but chairs and tables around the pool table were not dusted and in the master bathroom again the toilet was not cleaned.



I was happy that I didn't have company coming that night because I would have still had to clean the kitchen and baths.  I won't use them again.  I did write my review to the company but never heard back from Byron Bailey.

We purchased this service as a favor to our parents. They are in there mid eighties and seem to struggle to keep up with all the necessary cleaning. We have helped but it was such a great service for them and they appreciated the gal that came out to clean. She kept herself very busy for the four hours and did as much as possible for the time. We have heard nothing but praises for the help and from our review was greatly pleased for the help.

They were on time, friendly and professional.  The did a great job of cleaning and I will definitely be calling them to clean in the future.
