Great, very professional and did a fine job. I just wish I had realized that larger furniture needed to be moved for them to clean underneath. They are definitely on my repeat job in future.

It went really well. The owner was very friendly, clean and professional. The entire house smelled cleaned after he was done and the skunk smell was gone.

Mr. Fitch came at the appointed time measured the exact surface of the areas to be cleaned in out 2000 ft two story home. Our carpeting (Berber) was quite dirty in a number of places. We agreed on the price, calculated on the basis of the measured surface. Mr. Fitch then went to work with his 5-step method and a set of machines that did not need support froma van and a hose outside. He used a minimum of water, which helped tremendously with reducing the later drying process. Apart from the quick drying process, we were also impressed with how clean the stairs and the dining room looked which were the most soiled before cleaning. Another detail impressed us: Mr. Fitch moved most of the furniture (except the most obviously heavy pieces) in order to cover as much surface in each room as possible. The overall result was excellent: All our previous carpet cleaners did a far inferior job. When the time comes, we will defiitely ask Lundstrom Carpet Care again.

The HUGE chocolate-like stain was removed completely.  Carpet looks like new.  He is very accommodating and very timely.  So far he has been the most consistent carpet cleaner we have used.

I've  tried several, and there's no other carpet service I would use! Some companies run bargain specials to get in the door, then charge you with lots of surprises. However, this company is forthright--you know what the costs are upfront and they help you with options. If you want service excellence at a fair price, you wil not be disappointed--these guys go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction! They are incredibly nice, always prompt, very professional and get out spots to make my carpet look and smell great.  I add the extra treatment so that if something is spilled, it comes off the carpet easily, and that keeps my carpet looking nice between professional cleaning.

The chairs were stained and I guess they are not going to come clean. They cleaned them but the stains didn't come out. I don't know if I am going to have somebody else come out to try. I would use them again.

They were great. Lots of helpful information about what would work best on our carpet, plus realistic expectations given its age and wear. They helped lift heavy things we were not able to lift. They also cleaned the grout in our bathroom and it looks fabulous. Very friendly, prompt, and professional.

They were very prompt.  I think they did a reasonable job.  They cleaned the carpets but I just can’t tell if they’re really clean.  They look always good when it’s done but I don’t know what they really do.  I tried them because they were recommended by Angie’s list.  They were very friendly.  They were very prompt and very nice.  There was no problem.  I spent about $100 on their services.  I don’t know how to really judge them.  I don’t know how effective it was cleaning the carpets.  Their price was good.  They were good overall.  I have really no complaints.  I will use their services again in the future.  I often do the job myself because I know that when I do it, I can go over and over cleaning it.  I have a carpet in the kitchen and so that takes more of an effort, but I’m old and sloppy.  It takes a little bit of an effort doing the job in the kitchen.  I have a steam cleaner and so I can do it, but I’m lazy.  I do it sometimes myself because I can see how dirty the water is when I do it.  I can see how it comes through the system.  So with the water I would know.  I can’t tell when they do it.  I can’t see when they do it and it always looks good.  I wonder about it though.

I was very pleased and satisfied with them. I don’t know how their price would compare with others. I was happy with the quality of work. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

We contacted several providers on the list and selected Lundstrom Carpet Care after speaking directly with the owner.  He assured us of their professionalism and that we would be completely satisfied.  Richard (a Co-Owner) and Jesse arrived at the predetermined time we had selected.  Richard explained everything they planned to do, how they were going to do it and the care they would take.  They were polite, professional and made absloutely sure they handled the hoses and equipment to insure they didn't hit the walls and corners (which had been freshly painted) or get any debris on the tile or carpet they cleaned.  They were cheerful and worked continuously until the job was finished (approximately 2.25 hours).  We have had incredible success with anyone recommended by Angie's List and this company was no exception.

With 6 little kids running around there were a lot of stains (toothpaste, banana, soda, diaper cream) and Richard was able to get almost everything out.  Plus they did such a great job at extraction that the carpets dried MUCH sooner than expected.  I would say in terms of drying time they underpromised and overdelivered.  It feels so nice to have such clean carpet!  Plus the team is super friendly- great guys.

After renting our home for almost five years, my husband and I decided to move back in.  Our renter...well, let's just say that cleaning was not high on her priority list..  We were concerned we might need to replace the carpet, which we had installed right before she moved in, since my husband is very allergic to cats (our renter had two). 

Lundstrom did an amazing job.  The fellow who came out went, in my opinion, above and beyond; not only did he check for stains by using the blacklight method, but he actually smelled the suspect areas.  He said that was really the only way to be sure whether the spots were, in fact, caused by urine.  (I swear, his tip went up every time he did that.) 

The Lundstrom employee was prompt, professional, curteous, and knowledgable.  And to top it all off, the amount I paid was almost half of what I was expecting.  I would definitely use this carpet cleaning service again, and happily recommend them to my friends and family.

I contacted Lundstrom Carpet Care primarily because of the great reviews I found on Angie's List.  And I wasn't disappointed.  Richard spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining their services and making sure I understood what the cost was as well as what to expect from the service.  The night  before my appointment, I received a confirmation call from the company to confirm and remind me of the appointment.  
The day of the appointment, I had a call from the tech about 30 minutes prior to arrival.  Before he started his service, he went over everything they were going to do, how long it would take and, finally the cost.  To my surprise his cost was somewhat less than the estimate.  He didn't try to upsell me any services that I hadn't ordered.  He was polite and informative.
He estimated the work would take two hours................it took two hours.
Left me some boot/shoe covers to wear while things dried and a spot remover kit.

I was more than pleased with the entire process.  I would absolutely recommend Lundstrom Carpet Service to anyone who asked me.  This is the place to go for your carpet and floor cleaning needs.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company. They are one of the few companies I have worked with that truly cares about the service they provide. From the first call I made to get information about their services until the job was complete, they were always very accommodating and interested in making sure I was satisfied with their service. They provided a written estimate prior to my appointment. In addition to the carpet I wanted to have cleaned, I had some concerns about some discolored tile grout. They offered to clean a sample area of my tile at no cost to see if it would improve the grout discoloration.

They were on time for my appointment and did a thorough job. The carpet and tile both turned out great. They also had me check the areas they had cleaned before they left to make sure I was satisfied with the results. It's great to work with a company that cares.

They were great on the phone.  They explained their services and what to expect.  The technician called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way.  They gave a two hour window for arrival and they arrived 10 minutes into the window.  They took great care to protect the house from their equipment, even putting little corner protectors on every corner.  The technician was very courteous and took his time to do a very good job.  The price was great.  I thought it was more reasonable than other carpet cleaners I've had in the past.  I will definitely use this company again.

They were very thorough and did an excellent job. They showed up when they were supposed to and it they were running behind they called to say when they would be there. They phoned back after to make sure that we were happy with everything. There were no complications with anything and I will use them again in the future. They were very meticulous and made sure my carpet was clean.

They showed up on time, did everything they said they would only more so and used superior equipment and products.  It felt like members of the family were here helping me.  It went wonderful overall!!!
