Overall they did a good job. I liked the carpet and I liked the price. They worked quickly. I was happy with the overall experience. They gave me an estimate and it was right on. I would recommend them.

They did a good job. They were pretty much done when they said they would be. The price was what they quoted us. They cleaned up everything around my yard when they were done.

The employees of Lowes were courteous and professional. They were punctual for the appointment and completed the job efficiently, while maintaining quality installation. We were pleased with the overall experience.

We had to have the work redone, and had to go through quite a bit of hassle to get Lowe's to redo it. The installers were supposed to take out a sub floor, which they did not do. But when they did redo it they did it properly at no extra charge.
