Lisa could not have provided better service to us. Lisa Woodbury and Lori Hendry (along with Derick Dodge) are a fantastic team! Lisa Woodbury is, hands down, THE BEST real estate agent I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold homes in three different states and no one can compare to the quality of service that Lisa provided. Lisa and Lori are beyond amazing. Together, they provide the perfect combination of knowledge in various aspects of real estate. They provide way more than most realtors: top of the line online advertising, professional photographs, virtual staging, etc. We contacted them based on the reviews and we couldn't be happier! We relocated from Portland to Salt Lake earlier this year for my husband's job. We were referred to Lisa from someone in his office. We talked a few times on the phone and she understood what we were looking for. She immediately began finding the right house for us. She knew we were moving to a new city with a newborn and a two year old. She also knew we knew no one or anything about the city and its suburbs. She was so wonderful in her approach and desire to help us find the perfect house. When we came out here for a five day house hunting trip, the three of us had narrowed it down to our top twenty houses. We worked mostly with Lori and were extremely satisfied with her work. She was very responsive and helpful in every aspect of the process. The handiman she recommended did great work at an affordable price. We had to move out of state before the house was even listed, and Lori handled it all from that point on. She arranged for pre-listing visits by realtors and clients, and we got two full-price offers the day the house went on the market. Negotiations and closing went smoothly through electronic files.

Lori was readily available to show us houses on weekdays and weekends, mornings and nights. She would set up all of the showing so all we had to do was show up at the first house and then we would follow her to all of the next ones, which made the experience very easy for us. Lori would advise us on neighborhoods and pros and cons of the areas, this was especially helpful to us as we are not from the area. She even showed us her own home so we could get design ideas. We now think of her as a friend and plan to get our families together. We would definitely recommend her as a realtor!!

Lori Hendry goes above and beyond to make sure that the experience of buying and selling a home goes smoothly. She manages repairs, coordinates your appointments for you and if you have a question day or night she is there to handle it for you. She find general contractors, home inspectors, handyman services, mortgage services anything you need she makes one phone call and it is done! The stress of buying and selling is what she specializes in, she represents you as if it were her own purchase or sale. I have had many relator's throughout my life but never one that is as poise, professional and goes above and beyond the way Lori does. I could go on and on but really her work speaks for herself!!!! We worked mostly with Lori but occasionally with Lisa and both were extremely responsive to our questions and needs, very knowledgeable about processes as well as areas for sales. The listing and presentation for the condo they sold for us was stunning and it sold within a few days of listing. The home we eventually bought took quite a bit of looking to find and they were professional, patient and helpful all through the process. We had 2 actual house hunting trips with Lisa. The first one was very early on before we were ready to buy but wanted to know what the market was like. After that she provided on going listings of properties that were in our price range. My wife and Lisa emailed back and forth about specific properties. By the time we did finally go to buy Lisa took my wife and I to look at a handful of select properties. One of the properties we found was perfect. Neither my wife or I make hasty decisions but we liked the house and Lisa helped us make the offer. Lisa helped guide us through the close process and gave us her suggestions of what to ask from the buyer and was open with us about what she thought we could get or not. On items that she did not agree with us she gave us her thoughts but always let us make the final decision.

Lori and Lisa were very professional and wonderful to work with. This was a very positive experience. We were working with another realtor who didn't know the market as well and had overpriced our home which sat on the market for 4 months. We were very stressed at that point about selling our home.
