Replaced a capacitor that had failed.

In addition to the service mentioned, a thorough inspection of the electrical components was also conducted after determining there were reading that did not meet manufacturers specifications.. This resulted in a determination that 2 capacitors were weak and nearing the end of service. The capacitors were replaced at my request. It was also determined that there were no system leaks but the refrigerant required an additional charge of more than 1 pound of refrigerant. The technician determined that the unit was in good condition and completed his tasks in a very professional manner while explaining and showing the issues when found.

Punctual, responsive and cordial.

Technician was punctual and intelligent.  Explained problems in my home and gave advice to correct.  Will use again.

Lee's Heating and Air came out for a furnace tune up (a $69 promotion at the time) and found that my furnace needed a new part and I needed a new thermostat.  
$578 later and my furnace was still acting up.  SO, I had another HVAC company come out and take a look.  They repaired a "small piece" and charged me $18 for the part and did not charge me for the labor.  Good service like this warranted a tip of $20 for his fairness and speediness of the repair.
Fast forward 3 months - My brand new thermostat (branded with Lee's Heating and Air logo) starts having screen issues where half of the numbers/letters on the display were not showing.  Lee's H&A refused to even dispatch for a warranty service unless I agreed to the $69 dispatch fee.  Will never work with this company again.

Ive been using Lees for years - both on my residence and several rental properties.  Always a home run from the initial call for whatever the issue might by to the actual service... thebest...

In the summer of 2011 ,I spent THOUSANDS on a new high end AC and furnace with these people. Regular maintenance was to be included. I had to badger them to come the first year and they never , ever came for the monthly filter cleaning they were supposed to come for the first year. This past winter my furnace stopped working and when I called they actually knew that they had installed my filter system incorrectly and had not notified me. Electrical wiring was wrong and they never tried to fix it before it was broken! They had ME unhook stuff and I went a month before they showed up with the correct parts to make the changes. This year, they managed to call me for the regular maintenance but didn't show up in their time slot and when I called they said he was running late and would be here "soon" .  I told them not to bother , I'd rather pay someone else. These people are extremely incompetent. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOME!!!

I would not use them again. I thought they were over priced. It took calling the owner and discussing it with him in order to correct their mistakes. They were prompt and on time to their appointment. On the website it indicated that they do offer a 10% senior citizen discount, but when they came out here they told me they don't. I had to pull it up on my computer and show them, so they finally did honor it. Also, I called around to other heating/AC service providers to ask about prices, and found out how much higher their prices were. I asked why they charged more and they said it was because they used better parts than most other companies do.

Late night furnace problems. They arrived within an hour, evaluated and gave us several options, recommending the least expensive. They are wonderful!

Do be sure to call these folks they are the best.

Two people came and installed a furnace in my home the first part of January. I didn't have to leave the house since it took them only one day to install it. I thought the price of the work was more than I wanted to pay, but I needed the furnace.

I liked them. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. I didn't have any problems after the work was done.

THE SERVICEMAN PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE GOOD WITH THE CHILDREN AND OUR FAMILIES.

I was very satisfied with the work Lees did. They came out when they were supposed to. They didn't leave a mess. I was very pleased with the overall experience, I have had when dealing with Lees. I would recommend to friends and family.
