They are prompt. They will call you to let you know when they will be there. They also leave a note when they leave. They have done a good job and they are reliable. Their prices are competitive.

I have used them for over 15 years and have been very pleased until this past year. 2 spots on my lawn died. I finally was home when they came . I pointed out the very spots which were obvious and he said he would treat it on the next visit. I had to point them out again this year as he was leaving and he treated them. The fact that I had an obvious problem and it was not treated until I had to point it out. I have cancelled crevice and will never use them again. The provider also bordered on rude and at least condescending.

We used them for quite a few years to take care of fertilizing and debugging our grass. In the last couple of years they sprayed our trees. They had to respray our trees because there was a lot of [8:35] but I think everybody's trees in all neighborhood has a lot of [8:40] so they came back and resprayed them for free. We've been using them for so long, [10:22-10:33]

I have used Lawngevity for many years. Each year I sign up for 7 applications for lawn control and 1 application in the fall for spider spray for the foundation. They always contact me to let me know when they will be here. I am very happy with their service and it helps keep my lawn looking good.

They send out a sheet that gives you all their services and they don't pressure you. I fill out the sheet and choose the ones I want and leave off the ones I don't want and mail it back to them. If you prepay for the services and they give you a discount. They call and schedule the appointment to come out and do the work, they come out do the work and leave me a slip. They are no hassle and they are good. You just pay for the services you want.

The technician was very well informed and was able to provide thorough advice about lawncare, etc. Very helpful.
