My experience with them has been just ok. I have complained to them about the mileage of my car dropping but they have not been able to get to the bottom of it. They have had some difficulties figuring out what the problem is. I would recommend them to family and friends. I would use them again in the future.

My wife and I leased an IS 250 from Lexus of Murray. This was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. First of all they acted like we were interrupting their coffee break when we wanted to look at a car. Then they lost the paperwork and we had to redo it. Then they quoted me a price and when my wife went in to sign the paperwork (I was out of town for work) they tried to charge her more. After arguing with them and walking out she got in touch with me and I called the dealership and arranged to come down in person when I got back. Fortunately I had taken notes when I discussed the price with the sales manager (Paul) so I was prepared. After much gnashing of teeth he finally gave me the price we agreed on. Oh yeah, this was after we paid $600 up front to have the car shipped here. They didn't have a black one and would only bring one in if we paid shipping.When we went to take possession of the car it was empty and there was no temporary plate on it. We had to wait for an hour until they all came back from lunch to get the plate. They offered us free lifetime washes as part of the deal and, in this case, we got less than we paid for. I don't know how it is possible but the car always looks worse after they wash it. Also, they managed to scratch the car and, after promising to fix it over and over again but never having a technician available, our son finally buffed the scratch out himself.To be blunt, I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from this dealership. EVER. Buyer beware.
