Made an appointment, arrived on time. The service coordinator system was a little confusing. They can't find my appointment, be would still start working on my car on that Saturday. I left the car there, got a call for the quote, agreed to it, and was promised Monday pick up by 4pm. Went there on Monday on-time, I waited to 5:30pm before its ready. I asked what exactly I was billed, the more experienced service coordinators were not there anymore, I was only given a very general description of the jobs done. The work quality of this place is of course manufacturer standard.

enI took the car in for concerns that it had begun to have an intermittant burning smell. First, they said they didn't smell it when they drove it. They asked if I could do a road test with them to identify it. However, since it's an intermittant problem with no observable pattern, I didn't think it would be helpful to take work off to do it. Their general engine experience did not identify anything other than, and quot;it could be leaking oil/fluid from a variety of places that could cause the smell....but we'd need to do (expensive) work taking it apart to find the problem, and it may be more than one.and quot; The list of possible contributors was in the thousands of dollars.

Looking to trade my daughter's current vehicle which she purchased new and could not afford.  Ben Blue at Larry H. Miller Honda in Murray, UT was the salesman who assisted us and could not have been more helpful and understanding of our situation.  He, along with Sales Manager Tony, worked with us to find a great used SUV that was safer and an AWD. 
I would highly recommend checking with Ben if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle in the Salt Lake City area. 

Since the time of purchase we have had free oil changes and free car washes!
They really backup what they sell.

the service center was great! I was able to schedule the appointment online, they were timely and thorough, and did all of the work as quoted and described. Recommended!

We have a service pack for an oil change from Larry H Miller Honda. I'd say the experience was an A. It's easy to get an appointment to get in.

IT WENT WELL. OUR SALESMAN DOUG NEGOTIATED A DEAL WITH US FOR THE PRICE OF THE SUV.
WE AGREED TO LEASE IT AND HE LOCATED JUST THE RIGHT COLORS INSIDE AND OUT FOR US.
IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO COME IN ON A TRUCK.
WHEN WE WENT TO PICK IT UP AND IT WAS INSIDE ALL WARM AND DRY. IT LOOKED AMAZING UNDER THAT LIGHTING!
THE PAPERS WERE READY TO BE SIGNED. AND WE MET WITH THE BUSINESS MANAGER DANNY BROWN. A VERY LIKEABLE PERSON AND EXCELLENT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! (NO HIGH PRESSURE WHICH WE HATE) AND IT WASN'T LONG AND WE WERE DRIVING AWAY.
(WE HAD BEEN TO GARFF HONDA AND FOUND THEM TO BE LESS HONEST. BUT WE'LL SAVE THAT FOR THEIR REVIEW.)..

Very quickly and professionaly

The service personnel and customer service has deteriorated greatly. The quality of their service was low, I had to take my car back there four times to get it fixed.

My air conditioning system failed on my way home from work. I called Larry Miller Honda to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by the service manager who had one of his techs look at the air conditioner. He explained that there had been several 2004 Honda CRV's in with a similar problem and that it was likely my Honda's air conditioner would have to be completely replaced at the cost of about $3000. He said to be sure that was the problem, he would take it into the shop to verify his diagnosis. While we were wrapping up the paper work, he said if a complete replacement was necessary, he would see if Larry Miller Honda could get Honda Inc to cover some of the cost. The problem did turn out to be the $3000 replacement, but Larry Miller Honda worked with Honda Inc and they picked up the cost of the parts. This saved me $2000.00 This company is the best auto sales and service company I have ever experienced. I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When we go in for service, the staff welcomes us and invites us to sit and visit with them while we wait. We would not think of having our auto service done any where else.
