The actual demo and construction was great. They came when they said they would, quickly removed the old fence and framed the new. In the frame stage we saw that they were planning straight sloped design instead of the step-staggered one we'd requested. When we pointed it out they quickly remedied that. They finished the fence in a couple days and it looked great. Nice job, very professional and quick; however, one year out several of the post and rails have warped and/or begun to split. The fence still looks pretty good, but the twisted/bent posts and rails are not certainly not what we want to have.

I really liked the high quality of work they did. My gripe is they said it would take 3 days to get it done and it took them 8 days. Day one and two were spent removing the old concrete and prepping for the new concrete. It went smoothly and workers were very good and precise. On day three however no one showed up. There was never any communication initiated on their part. I always had to call to see if they were coming or not. On day 5 they never even called me back. Day 6 and 7 were a weekend and I assumed they weren't coming. And they didn't. The next Monday I called and threatened to take $100/day off the quote for every day longer it took them. They had it done by that evening. I wish I didn't have to do that. It takes the fun out of it. They would benefit from hiring someone to be their liaison/communication hub with customers. I also think they should provide water for their workers. They were suffering in the heat but their boss left them no water. OSHA might come knocking.

They did a great job. Showed up when they said they would, tore everything out and hauled it away, left some wood that we requested be saved, and built a new fence surrounding the back yard. Cleaned up completely.
Very nice job, courteous and professional

We hired Jeff, the owner of Kurb It, because he had done a very good job on wooden fencing for us--really lovely fences--and his calling card said he did all kinds of exterior work. He gave us addresses to see concrete walls that he had done at other homes and we felt confident. At first the job went very well. He's really nice, communicated well, was punctual, and the men who work for him were courteous and did a really clean job on the walkway and retaining walls, even when the were forced to work a little quickly to get finished on Jeff's directive by the end of the day. Then for the last part of this job, things totally fell apart. The facing on the footing and side patio walls was done sloppily--although those guys were really nice, too--and splattered differently colored concrete over the beautifully smooth sidewalk and retaining walls that were done first. One misplaced paint can even left a large ring of whitish concrete in the middle of the sidewalk in front of the porch. We were really unhappy about that and Jeff said he would definitely come back because he could get the stains off. He also said if he could not deal with all of it, they would simply come off over the course of the winter. That sounded absurd to us but he insisted to the end. He never did find time to return and, no, the winter did absolutely nothing to fade or flake them (of course). On the contrary, the concrete is now cracking across wide areas of the sidewalk and all the facing is peeling off. They also redid steps (in a 20-step walk-up to the house) that were cracking and sized one of them incorrectly so that one nearly trips from the uneven levels. We complained about that and he insisted it had always been that way. In other words, he would not acknowledge that problem either. We had to call repeatedly to get him to return after this even though we still had a $1600 paid piece of the job (our bad paying before the service was rendered) that he had to finish. Although he did stop by once to listen again to our concerns, he never did any of the work and never acknowledged our request for a refund for the last bit of work. In the end, we put a stop-payment on that fee on the credit card (thank goodness that was possible) and were so disappointed in the now spotted and oddly stained concrete that we waited out the winter and have paid another person $4000 to reface parts of it so that they are at least even in tone. Overall, it was a job gone totally wrong and then left unfinished. Really too bad and left us with annoyance rather than gratitude for the good work that initially got done.

They did the best they could, but were not able to get good water pressure
to all the sprinklers. They ended up using poor quality sprinkler heads to
get any spray at all.

They were great! Richard came out and quoted the job. His quote was the best in terms of cost and scheduling. The whole job was done in 2 days and the fence looks perfect. Since the 30 yds of new fence is on a steep slope, I even asked them to cut the posts lower than we originally agreed (so as not to feel like I'm in a fishbowl). Two of the posts were already in the ground and they were totally fine with pulling them out and cutting them down to size. Professional, punctual, fast-working and courteous people. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely contact them again when I need more work done.

Called about half a dozen people, only he answered his phone, and showed up on time. He know what he is doing and fixed the problems. I am happy.

They were good and I would recommend them. I didn't particularly like the guy personally but he was professional enough. The work was good and he was punctual. The job went well except at night somebody came and stepped in it so I'm going to have to get it fixed but that wasn't their fault. The guy's machine broke and he got a little agitated. That was the only thing I didn't care for. He was good and punctual. He seemed very honest. It almost looks like a regular curb but it zigzags and it is really nice. He was honest.

The service was very prompt and the people were friendly and professional. I really like that the owner was out on the job for much of the time that the work was going on. They also did a good job of following up with the sprinkler system, to make sure everything was still working properly.
