This place is racket. They quoted me a price for my car which the service department said needed $2300 in repairs to replace spark plugs, adjust valves and replace 3 cams/rollers. Since the engine was opened up and some of the work had already been done, I was basically forced to accept their appraisal for the car if I wanted to get rid of it. When I countered with a higher amount, Nicole said they could work with that. What she didn't say was that amount only applied if I traded the car in and bought another from them. When I came in to close the deal, she went back to the original appraisal. Either the car is worth the appraisal or it isn't. Felt like a shell game. Instead of taking some responsibility for the misunderstanding, she went on and on about how I had misinterpreted what she wrote in her text and misled her. My position was that both sides have responsibility for the miscommunication and I suggested we split the difference in the prices. She wasn't authorized to make decisions that affected the sales dept. It became a game of figuring out which department makes decisions for which part of the deal--services, sales, and whatever department she was in. After bringing in 2 other people and haggling for over an hour for an additional hundred bucks, I cut my losses. One more oil change which is prepaid and then I am done with this place.

They are probably fair with their price. I've bought 2 cars from Ken Garff Honda.

Easy to make an appointment, service is usually completed on the same day. They always call with an estimate before proceeding with the work. There is never pressure to do service right away. They just lay out the facts and will even say what is more urgent and what can be taken care of later. They even provide a shuttle when you drop off the car. We have used their service consistently for the life of our vehicle and usually do the regular maintenance on time. We have been able to get 240,000 mile from our Honda Odyssey and feel confident that we will get another 100,000. Kinda pricey, but cheaper than a new car.

Found out the problem the dryer was bad and it needed a recharged I was treated very well, gave me a ride home and had a snack at the service department to boot! Work was completed on time and came in under the estimate they gave me. My service guy's was Joe and he was kind and helpful.

I like that they got the job done right. I disliked that they charged too much.

Ken Garff does really good work. The service has been great and they wash your car when they are done. They are good about providing transportation back to your house or place of work.
