The service techs were very polite and got to us in a timely manner, however what should have taken only a couple of hours took all day and they never called us to let us know it was ready.

Working through USAA, we were referred to Ken Garff Auto Body shop in Riverdale, UT. The price was about $120 over Ray's out of Ogden estimate, but they weren't on the referral list for us. Because I was 36 weeks pregnant, I requested expedited service to have the bumper on my 2012 Rav4 worked on. My car was put in the shop within two business days with no extra fees and was ready the following day. The body work was seamless perfection. Our service representative was nothing but nice and accommodating. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Additionally, though our insurance, I was allotted a rental car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which was within walking distance from the Body Shop. We considered that a plus.

Ken Garff Buick GMC in Ogden will tell multiple lies to you to get you into their store. When you finally fall for their lies and show up they won't honor what they said. Stay away from these crooks!

The service was just fine. My concern is with the charge of $5 above the price of an oil change for "shop Supplies." I was informed this was a standard charge but calls to other Hyundai service centers indicated not. Also, they didn't return a call about this.
