I've had two oil changes that went flawlessly here.
However, my friend was driving me to dinner and ran into car trouble. We pulled into the jiffy lube, we told them what was going on, and they started telling us all kinds of things were wrong, and I'm no dummy about cars: What they were saying did *not* add up, not even close. A second opinion at a much better auto shop confirmed I was right, and it was a simple problem with an inexpensive fix.
So for an oil change, they're okay, but for anything else, I wouldn't trust them.

We have always found Jiffy Lube to perform reliable inspections. Paying the couple extra dollars to get the sicker the same day is worth it.

I was going to them for the first time. They were open early and are close to our house. They did the work right when I went in. They were fast and reasonably priced. They did a really good job.

The best part of Jiffy Lube is that the service is quick and they get me in and out in a flash so that I do not have to waste half of my day getting my oil done. The staff is pleasant to work with although they do get preoccupied on occasion.
