INTRIGUE COMPUTERS

The experience here was aweful. Wes (the owner) kept telling me that the work was coming along fine and that he just needed a little more time. I was originally patient with him, and even extended his original promise of delivery. He promised to call me everyday and let me know as soon as he fixed the computer. We didn't receive word from him for 1 week when I called and asked what was happening, he said that he didn't know but that it would take a little more time. He promised me the computer would be available in 2 days and that he would keep in touch. He did not call me for 3 days. When I called him he said that he had simply forgotten to get in touch with me. He said it was still not fixed. 2 days later I still had no word from him, so then I went into his office to pick up my computer whether it was repaired or not. He did not want to give me the computer because he said that he could still fix it, and if I took it he would have to charge me a service fee with no work completed.
