Randy was able to ressurect an old Rotel amp for me in just a few minutes! He didn't even charge me! I can't recommend Interwest enough.

I purchased a higher range vcr from them. It is a Sony, and was originally $500, but I only paid $250 for it. It is beautiful and has several options on it. I am a very satisfied customer. I went to the store, picked out the vcr I wanted and took it home that night! The next day when was hooking the vcr up, I had some questions about connecting a dvd player as well. I called Interwest and their customer service was magnificent. They were very helpful over the phone. They even gave me the option of bringing in my vcr manual back to them and them showing me exactly how to hook everything up in there. I have also taken and old recorder in to them to repair for me as well.
