Pricing and delivery was great. We found a better price online (via Home Depot site) and there was no argument with matching the price or getting the discount. Delivery person was friendly, punctual. He call approximately 20-30 minutes before arrival. We did wait at least 20 minutes to talk to a salesman. We learned later that he was at lunch. Someone should have covered for him. We were told repeatedly that he had been called. Almost left the store when he finally showed up.

Home Depot is great! I asked for an estimate on flooring. The estimator
came when promised and was both personable and professional as he took
measurements. He then electronically transmitted his figures to a
far-away entity so a quote could be worked up, and said someone from
that dept. would contact me. That took over a week, which I thought not
so great, however, the quote representative was extremely professional
and knowledgeable. I had, during the week of waiting, decided to put
off purchasing flooring for a few months, but was happy overall with the
service I received. ALL my dealings with Home Depot have been really good!.

Everything went really well. The estimates to the designers was very pleasant. The only hitch was the floors. The original flooring we thought we ordered was supposed to be grade 1 floors. But Home Depot delivered grade 3 floors. They tried to convince us it was grade 1 floors but from all the pictures we saw on the internet we knew it was grade 3. But Home Depot was very cordial and found new flooring for us. It actually saved us money because we went from real wood floors to engineered wood floors and we are very happy with our decision. It all worked out.

I was satisfied and assuming the cabinet is in good shape when I unpack it, I was happy with the product I chose. If you have a deadline and are special ordering, double check the eta.

The guy from Home Depot did a terrible job. They are the ones we had trouble with but the company took care of it. My wife got hold of the bigwig and he took care of it. That was taken care of. The guy came out and fixed it. When the first guy did it, I told the office I wanted them done for Christmas and the lady said the guy could do them in an hour. I told her I didn't want speed. I wanted them done before Christmas. He came out. He threw a board under the sliding glass door and that was it. You could see air coming in and out. He left junk all over the floor. He cracked one of the windows. He did the worst job. The lady in the office told me she would send him back. I told her that if she sent him back, I would shoot him. My wife then called the bigwig and they were real nice and took care of it. It was totally taken care of. The second guy that came out fixed everything and cleaned everything up. It's real nice so I got no complaints against them. My complaint was against the first guy that came out. I don't know if he is still with them. The boss of the whole company was real nice too. He took care of everything. Then when they made up the problem, he sent another guy out and he fixed it pretty good. The caulking around the windows was a little off. My wife knows all about that because she does it and she said he could have done better, but he didn't. He was really pleasant and very nice. He took care of our problem and fixed the walls. I got no complaints. They took care of the problem. The windows were $1500.00. They took care of the problem. That's all I can say. Whatever problem that existed between us, the company took care of it and they did it in a good way. They mainly did it because my wife wrote them a letter. It was a good letter and it was true to the facts. Because of her we got it taken care of so it worked out great. They wouldn't have done anything if my wife hadn't written the letter; but they did and they were nice about it. Their price was reasonable. These are good windows. These are Jeld Wen windows and they are really good and I think they are better than the other windows we had put in. Their response was pretty good. They didn't take too long and they were really good about it. They were good on punctuality when they came back and took care of it. They said they would come and they came. The second time they came out, their professionalism could have been a little better than it was, but they did good. We still had to wait another month to get the windows fixed but they did that for nothing. They were really good. I got no complaints when they took care of it. Thanks to my wife, I got no complaints. She is good at that. You have got to go to the top because a lot of times the people can only do so much so you have to go above them where the people have more responsibilities so they can take care of your problems. I don't really know if I would use them again. I probably would because my daughter used them where she lived and they did an awesome job on her floors. They were awesome. Of course they were Latinos and they did a beautiful job. If they were like they were for my daughter I would use them because they were great. I was so impressed with what she had done. It looked so good. The first guy put a hole through my wall that I had to fix. It was big and it went all the way outside. I really wanted to hurt him but I didn't because they took care of it.

They did everything. I was not happy with the flooring work, though. It was not my best experience, but the designer of the kitchen was just great. The guy, who came out to measure everything, was great too. They had a subcontractor that was excellent. I spent $15000 on the job. I would recommend them because of the crew. The price was good. I would use them again in the future except for flooring work.

They were very helpful from the selection of the door through the installation. They delivered on time. The installer was very good and stuck to his work. The installer was very efficient.

I used this company because I often shop there, and I know they will do a good job. They proved me right too. The counters look amazing. They did an excellent job.
