Henrie's Dry Cleaners

One blazer was four inches longer than the other two, so they charged double-- over $18. I asked if the length caused them to use a different process but the question was never answered. $38 for three jackets. I believe the pick-up customers must be subsidizing the free delivery service.

My review is to temper the A ratings somewhat. I only do this because
Henri's as well as almost every other dry cleaning outfit in SLC still
uses perchloroethylene in their dry cleaning process, which is a known
toxin. and resides in all newly drycleaned clothes. As I have a baby,
this has become now more important to me as an issue. Henri's is great
in almost every way except this.
if there were a green dry
cleaning outfit nearby, I would switch. I hope that in the near future
they will stop using toxic carcinogens in their dry cleaning process.

I've used them for nine years and they are very convenient. They seem to do a good job. They are always on time getting the stuff back. They have multiple locations and they have a central processing plant where they do the cleaning. If I take something before 9 am they will have it back before 5 pm or it is free. If I take it in after 9 am it will be back after 5 pm the next day. I haven't tried it but my daughter did and it wasn't back by 5 pm so she got it free because it is part of their company policy. They do a pretty good job. They are very friendly and I'm in there so often they remember who I am. I think their price is about the same as everybody else. I will continue to use them. They are the closest cleaners to us but if they didn't do a good job I wouldn't use them.

For several weeks now, I've been using Henries, and they have exceeded my expectaions at every turn. Terrific, professional, staff. They even gave me a bag for my clothes, which has my preferences in their computer, and I'm able to simply leave the bag if I'm in a rush. Great idea!

Overall I would never go back, because even though it was cheap and fast, it wasn't quality work!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They told me my clothing would be done the next day, which it was. The sweaters and blazer looked beautiful.

Work is quick and of good quality. Convenient locations. Will pick items up from your home.
