Thorough and friendly

We changed from a gas dryer to an electric dryer. The panel was full, so the technician recommended installing a new and bigger panel, so instead, we bought a new gas dryer. We just installed a new gas stove, and low and behold, the big electric connection was available, all we needed to do with take the stove connection out of the panel and reassign it to the dryer connection. He should have known that!

They arrived, provided a quote and were willing to work with us to revise in order to accommodate budget constraints. Courteous and professional and got the job done on time and within the quote we agreed upon. Went above and beyond to solve some tricky problems. Job well done!

Everything was so easy. Ron did a fantastic job on the project. I could not believe how fast everything came together. He installed a new light switch, outlet, and light. Quality work all around.

Extremely efficient and professional.

The electrician accidently cut through another wall and caused some damage to the wall in my bathrooml. He fixed the plumbling pipe but said nothing about repairing my wall which needed to be repatched and repainted behind the toilet. He also ruined the wafer board when he cut thru flooring to install a floor electrical box. My contractor had to buy some more wafer board to repair the flooring since the other was cut up pretty bad and remove toilet and repatch and repaint wall behind toilet. He charged me an additional $200.00 to clean up the damage done by the electrician. The electrical work was done great but electrician needs to be more careful in his work so as to not damage clients home. He did not offer a discount for the damage he caused.

Helix did such a great job! From start to finish they were very communicative, I felt totally in the loop and knew what was happening as far as bidding, scheduling, and cost. The work was done well, and very tidily. I highly recommend Helix, they did an awesome job.

For Tony Peterson of Helix. They kept me inform throughout the day and was able to got the new breaker at the same day. The HOA of the condominium is happy to choose him and will call them again for other jobs , they said it's fair price and well explained . They are happy with the service and will call them again in the future.
