Answered the phone late in the day on the evening of a holiday and we were able to schedule installation of a dishwasher the day after holiday. Plumber was very friendly, efficient and did a great job. He even hauled away our old unit. We'll definitely use this company again!

Unfortunately the system was so old we couldn't find the required parts to fix it. They had a new system that they were able to replace the original one with that has worked much better than the original one did. It is working wonderfully.

The job was done very well.

Harris-Dudley had someone at the house within the hour. He pinpointed the leak and had it fixed and the water back on within two hours. All told, the water was only off for three hours. Not bad considering it was an emergency on the weekend. Emergency rates were fair

It was an unusually difficult removal and install due to its location. The techs did a great job with the install. Our only issue was the post-install clean up. They left a bit of a mess that my boss had to clean up and he wasn't too pleased with that.

Harris-Dudley is prompt, providing great service and follow up for all our needs scheduled or emergency! We would recommend them always.

Got it working - misdiagnosed initially (thought it was just low fluid but the fluid drum was in fact leaking) - took a couple of trips and some wasted fluid. All in all though, I was pleased with the final result and the speed of the service. I have been working with this company for a number of years now and they are always top quality and responsive.

See above. Our experience with Harris Dudley has always been excellent. Employees are experienced, and several have been with the firm for years.

Very well Harris Dudley had to work with the concrete contractor so lining up the time could have been hard but Harris Dudley really worked with me and the concrete guy to get the line cut and sealed and the concrete box installed.

They are very busy as the one reference states but they are very good. They have always provide accurate bids, they are competitive on their bids, and the service and quality is excellent. I have had close to $40,000 worth of work done over the last 3-4 years including the replacement of the boiler, a passive hot water heater, and an air conditioning system put into a 100 year old house. They also have redone plumbing, installed bathroom fixtures, and dealt with old house sewar line issues. I got their name from a friend who also had them replace a very old boiler. I would recommend them highly just be patient as in the summer and start of winter they do get busy. You are really getting folks that know what they are doing.

We have a house that we purchased a year ago. It has a hot water boiler for heat and hot water. The previous owner had a new water heater installed 2 years ago and it had a 10 year warranty for the original owner. When it went out we called Harris-Dudly because they had installed it. The estimator came out and looked at it and said he would call the manufacturer, see if it was covered under warranty, and call us back. He never called back. I called him and got his voice mail. He never called back. After several days of no hot water I called and talked to his boss. His excuse was that the guy was very busy, but had gotten the replacement approve under warranty. I would have been nice for them to call me with that info instead of me having to call them. The installer came out the next day on time and did a great job for a reasonable cost.

It was a difficult problem to diagnose. They had to come back around six times to figure out the actual problem and fix it. Harris Dudley was very consistent on working and good at keeping the cost of the repair down.
