HARDWOOD FLOOR CO

Todd Gee, the Owner of Hardwood Flooring Co., was recommended to me by a friend. And I have to agree, great experience, great results, fair price. Todd came out and bid the project at the agreed upon time. Received his estimate the next day. Well itemized. He has a trailer mounted "atomic" dust removal system that was well worth the minimal added cost. His bid was a 5% more expensive than the lowest bidder, but information and detail of his bid, and the atomic dust removal system were worth the additional cost. Once we accepted the bid, we scheduled a time to mobilize, Todd delivered the new wood for the rear entry a week prior, to properly acclimatize, and started our project promptly on the agreed upon day. Todd and his crew kept us well informed of the progress and activities daily. He initially estimated 6 days, and completed in 6-1/2 days. My wife was concerned about being in the house with two kids, and a teenager while they were working here, but everything went very well. We have a few tricky details which his crew executed to our satisfaction.

They were fine and good. Their prices are in line with the other companies that I dealt with. He has attention to detail and Todd was very easy to work with. If you brought something to his attention he will fix it immediately. He met my deadlines that I had. I was impressed with his work ethics. I used his service before.

Todd always answers his phone, always shows up when he makes a commitment, provides professional written bids and honors his work. Very professional. The floor was finished one-time, at the price committed. The finish work was outstanding, edges look great, wood air vents, very consistent color and finish throughout. I would definitely use Todd and The Hardwood Floor Company again.

Todd was very good about calling me back and following up with any questions that I had. We had a problem with how one installer left some gaps in one of the window sills and Todd had him tear it out and redo it to our satisfaction. There were several people working on this small job, and they all worked well together and were considerate and professional. The bid did not include cleaning up after the sanding. I recommend paying extra for dust control and clean up...as it was a huge job!

They were great. They were also right on time. I would use them again and recommend them. My floor looks like new again.

I had a great experience with them. The only problem encountered was that I kept asking for pads for my bar stools, tables, and chairs, and they kept forgetting. I just went out and bought my own.
