I just pay for a year's worth for my lawn and for the pest control. They are just very courteous. They always let me know. I get a check message. The technicians who come out are always very courteous. Everything was great. There were here for about half an hour. We did actually a lot of checking before we actually went for this company. Everything was formulated for our area. The other companies are just not formulated, just for the certain areas they go to.

They have been great. I bought a package deal with them for the summer. They call me the day ahead which is great because I have dogs that need to be locked up. The receptionist is great and everything has been good.

Not impressed. They came out 3 times, and saw no real improvement. Asked to come out when I was there, made appointment, no one showed. But later said he came out. I would never know. Wasn't impressed

"As a company, we strive to provide the highest quality service at a reasonable rate for our customers. Our service requires a partnership between us and the home owner for optimum results. The cultural practices such as mowing and watering by the home owner are a key component for a great looking lawn. On multiple occasions we left information and messages regarding these practices for the home owner. The home owner’s primary method of contacting our company was via our website comment forum and I am unaware of any endeavor to schedule a time to discuss the lawn at the property. We are more than willing to provide a reasonable timeframe within which to discuss issues regarding our customers’ lawns."

They are really good. They call ahead of time and let me know their coming. They come right away if their is an emergency. They are a real nice company to work with. I have not had any trouble with them and I am satisfied.

I approached the service technician, John, when he was servicing a neighbor's lawn, and asked if he could take a look at mine when he was done. He came over to our house and spent a few minutes investigating some yellow spots and soil moisture levels. He found some grubs, which he showed to me, and had some suggestions as to changes in watering the lawn, and lawn treatments he provided. I signed up for an annual plan, which includes 7 annual visits, including a prewinter fertilization treatment, and a fall spider barrier for the home. John laid down an anti grub treatment immediately, and came back today, about two weeks later, to check on the lawn, and add a fertilizer treatment. I have tried several solutins to the yellow spots over the last two years, and one visit from John took care of the problem immediately. Most of the yellow spots are indeed gone, and he was incredibly thorough spraying every inch of our lawn with the nutrients it needs. 2 weeks in, our lawn already looks terrific! I cant wait to see how it looks in the spring!

They are excellent at analyzing problems, other than that they provide fertilizers, herbicides and apply them. I have used a lot of different companies and these guys will do what they say they will do and when they will do it. Their prices are competitive and the main reason that I use them is that there is a local company and they know what they are doing.

The company did a great job with the lawn. They are very prompt and come out when you need them. I was very happy with their work.
