They were very, very good.  They did a wonderful job and didn't leave any mess which is good.

We moved into our house in December 2010 after having some renovation work done. Based on their good rating with the BBB (we were not members of Angieslist back then) we called them in early 2011 to come clean the vents and Dave came to do the job. I recall him arriving on time and he did an inspection in the house and gave me a quote - we had purchased a $60 special that only included 12 vents, 1 main and 1 return but we had more to clean. He also told me about their program where I could get a yearly cleanup and only had to pay for the cost of the sanitizing (roughly $150 if I recall correctly), all if I agreed to pay an extra $200 for the germicide to be applied on that day. We agreed on it and he spent roughly 4 hours to clean and left. So the first experience was great. 
The problem would happen the next year and explain the multiple Fs I gave in my review. My son was about to arrive and I wanted them to clean the ducts before we brought a baby in the house. I called them and set up an appointment for them to come clean and it took a few days to get it scheduled because they had to make sure I had purchased the program etc. As luck would have it, my son was born a few days before the agreed upon date and I called them back to let them know that I absolutely needed the cleaning done on the date we had arranged. They assured me they would be there and I even got a call a day before to confirm. They were a no show on that day. I called about 15 times, every 10 minutes or so but always got an answering machine. I left several messages and they never even got a call back. 
I have not used them since and never will. Looking back at the BBB site, there seems to be a few complaints about response on their part. I realize this is an older complaint and things may have changed but I never quite understood how a business could be so inconsiderate as the way they handled (or did not handle) that particular instance. I would have at least expected a return call but apparently it was not worth their time. 

They were honest and fair. They did what they said they were going to do. Their price was reasonable. I kept the paper work because I have a warranty with them. They will come back and redo the ducts if I had any problem within the first year they will do it for free which I didn't but. They will come back and do it again for half the original price for as long as they are business or as long as I have the home. I don't have a dislike and main like was that they were honest with me. They told me what they would do and what it would cover and why it was important to do it which I already knew that part but I am glad to hear and they told me how much it would be. They didn't try you know to add on a bunch of things after they got here oh well we didn't know you had this or and we didn't know you had that which I have heard other people who have had that experience. They told me how much it would be when they came to do it that is how much it was. They were very clean. They don't come with a fancy truck. I was little concerned when I saw it. You know you are used to people with their fancy brand new trucks and all that but what really counts is the service. They were neat. They cleaned up after themselves but they didn't come with a fancy truck if that matters to people. It wont matter to me now. Well the truck I think was just a personal vehicle. They person who came to do it it was probably his. It didn't have any signage on it really was a little older but it didn't really matter but they did the job.

He did all he said he would do.  It was sort of a bait & switch thing, because we only asked him to do a $69 duct cleaning for part of the house.  He talked us into (no arm-twisting) doing a lot more.  We're not dissatisfied, but we have nothing to compare it to, as it is the first time we've had this kind of service.
