Great, Paul is super easy to work with. He is straight forward on pricing and and instructions. The old carpet in the playroom was stinky like pets and so they removed the carpet and pad and did a treatment or sealer on the cement floor below. It looks and smells great!

Selection was good. Sales and install showed up when promised. My only beef: i was specific that i did not want damage to my wood baseboards. Sales assured me they were very careful. Well, not the case. I have many many scuffs on my 5and quot; solid wood baseboards, and they look really bad. It's a shame that the previous homeowner kept them in perfect condition since 1999 and they get damaged on my watch. If he would have been honest with me, i would have applied 2 coats of painters tape to limit damage - I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE. It's very little labor and expense to attempt to save your baseboards.

Good cost on a whole basement install. Some minor issues with clean up after the job and scuffing many walls (was warned this would be a possibility), but got the job done on time and on budget. Carpet has held up well for a mid-price level product, would use again.

We got two bids on commercial carpet for a remodeled recreation room, We wanted a good quality commercial carpet that will take exercise dancing, exercising, small group gatherings, and having a space for TV parties. Carpet One saved us about $600 next to a carpet company that I have used for our church in the past. The installers showed up right on schedule and did an amazing job installing the carpet in some difficult spaces. I was impressed.

They did a great job on quality of the work. They were on time and worked at a fast pace. The only downfall was the price. That is the only reason I gave them a lower grade. Otherwise, I would do all of my business with them.
