Went very well and I would use Patrick again. Very nice person to work with and the price was right . My place looked like a jungle and now it is lovely.

This was a very challenging lot, 1/2 acre steep grade. Beautiful result with multiple very useful areas created from a lot that previously was not very useable. Now draws neighbors/family to visit! Chris and Niel were fantastic to work with. They are excellent planners with great vision and real world understanding of what can and cannot be reasonably done. They were very transparent about costs, and very flexible in looking for ways to do amazing things at the most reasonable costs. They offered multiple cost saving suggestions at every turn. Excellent execution. Took great care to be sensitive to neighbors and local regulations. I can't imagine many companies doing all they did and doing it on time, on budget and having us entirely pleased with the result.
