Founded in 2025 by Sully Tesch—who has been finishing concrete and building decks since 2012 and will complete a Construction Engineering degree from The U in 2026—Floki was born from frustration with contractors who cut corners, rush jobs at the expense of both their crews and clients, and mis-prioritize profits over product. We’re a testament to a time when construction was built to last a lifetime, and builders went home proud of the day’s work.
