They were very quick with emails, no hidden charges, direct emails, including all charges and fees. I bought insurance, just in case, but I really didn't need it. On the actual day of the move, they called me at 8am, sharp (our contract had said 8-9am for start time) to let me know that they will be at my door in 30 minutes. At 8:28am, there they were. They promptly started, had brought plastic wraps, blankets, and wardrobe boxes of their own to pack our packed stuff. First that they picked up our vehicles. Our crew was Stanley and Mike; they were super careful with everything, very fast, super friendly, and prompt. All Professional! This was a long distance move to Texas, about 20 hours away, so once they are done, they showed me the route that they will take on Google Maps; they told me to expect a phone call every 4 hours (and I did receive those). Once they got to the my new home in TX they unloaded everything carefully and even unwrapped my mattress and put together my bed frame for me. Honestly, they are no-hassle kind of company; they are not looking for ways to screw you and charge you this much for wrapping, that much for fragile boxes, etc. I am so happy that all these reviewers were right and that this move was a breeze! I would book them if I ever needed to more again.

In the past I have moved my own cars many times and well aware how this business works. Too many brokers and quotes differ between pickup and delivery. However, flat price moving & auto shipping is one of the most honest companies whom I came across. It's rates were very reasonable and never felt the need to negotiate. Dave was on time to pick up the cars at my place. He was on schedule time for delivery. He called 24 hours before to update his arrival. He delayed by 2 hours due to traffic but kept me updated about his delay and apologized for 2 hrs delay. Due to space constraint, he parked his large truck at the nearby walmart and I walked to meet him. He was very professional.
