Description of Work: Fiefia installed kitchen granite we had selected from Arizona Tile & Granite. He was on their list of providers as well as Angie's list. He also provided two other clients for me to contact, which I did. The work was completed quickly. However I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the finished work. One, the finished edge, rounded as requested, was only about 1 inch thick instead of 2 inches. It made the expensive granite look cheap. there was no top border provided and they did not even put any sealer between the granite and the wall. The worst was the sink. I originally requested an over-the-top sink. He recommended an undercut sink. I went with his recommendation, but that is NOT what I was given. The hole for the sink was too large, but instead of just going with my original choice, he still put the sink under the granite. top edge of the sink shows as well as the caulking used to seal it. It looks terrible. When I complained, he refused to come look at the work and refused to take any more calls. Unfortunately my son had already paid him in full. Within a few days one of his workmen showed and stated that he hadn't been paid for several of the jobs he had done for Mr. Fiefia. When asked about the sink, he said he was only given one size template for cutting.
