Jason diagnosed the issue, brought a part and fixed the problem at a very fair price. A few years prior N**** had quoted me $1700 for repair and told me the furnace wouldn't last and rather than pay $1700 for repair, I should really have it replaced for $3400. This was in the dead of winter 2005. I didn't use their services, found someone else and patched it up for much less than $1700. Still haven't needed to replace it. Was glad not to have Jason try to scare me into something more expensive.
