Drake and his team were a complete pleasure to work with.  Since day one, they have been nothing but professional, punctual, & helpful and made the entire process very easy.  Drake reached out to me after I put in a request through Angie's List and he was very helpful and made the process very clear to me from the start.  The processor (Ryan) was also very professional and most importantly, very responsive & punctual.   I would absolutely use Drake and his team again in the future.

Drake is awesome. From the beginning, the communication is unsurpassed. He and his team are with you all the way. I was able to easily do my refi all online; emailing scans of all needed documents. The only thing I did in person was the closing at the title company. It was fast and easy. I think we did in about  4 weeks! This is the second mortgage loan I have done with Drake in the last 2 years. He will always be my Mortgage guy!

It has been a long time since I did a mortgage of any kind and so it is hard for me to compare.  Things were handled well considering this was a more difficult loan.

The process was great and quick as it could be. Drake and his team were in constant communication. I always knew where I stood, what was needed and when we expected to close. Drake even credited a portion of the closing costs. Would I recommend Drake again?  Of course. I actually did right after I began my refinance and my friend closed a couple weeks before I did. I held up the process a few times by being out of town and tied up with work. Like I said Drake and his team were as fast as I allowed them to be. There were near daily communications. I appreciated the diligence of Matt and Diane as well. The whole process was smooth and professional. Thank you Drake, Diane and Matt.

I shopped around and found that Drake had the best refinance "package".  He sent me three estimates quickly while Bank of America sent me one estimate, with fees high enough that I did not believe Drake's initial estimates( I was wrong).  Meanwhile Chase bank could not even offer a refinance option for me.After I decided to move forward with Drake he was in contact to make sure that all the paperwork was filled out and I received an email update every time my refinance moved forward to the next step or more information was needed.  There is still an annoying amount of paperwork, but most of this was done online and was smoothly and speedily processed.He knew what was happening every step of the way and was able to estimate time well and avoid possible delays.  I highly recommend Drake, and have already done so to co-workers and neighbors.

My overall experience with Drake was fantastic, from the very beginning to the very end. Drake did everything he could to make sure we secured the best rates, often checking "by-the-minute" to let me know when the best time to lock-in the loan would be. Eventually, Drake secured me the best rate possible for my FHA loan, and I've now been living in my home for over three years and I'm still happy as can be with the whole process!!

Drake was extremely helpful in the process of acquiring our home loan.  Needless to say this can be very difficult. He was knowledgeable with the markets and their fluctuations, and he simplified the application process. He was able to lock us in with a great interest rate and closed our loan in a timely fashion.  We appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
