Honestly he did his job. He removed the over spray as hired. But that was about it. I went out and looked at the car with him, said it looked great. But after further looking at all the small details in the car they missed so much. In the cracks above the bumpers and all along the running boards were still really dirty. I got down on the pavement to see the under side of the bumpers that wrap around to the underside of the car were filthy. It was so bad that running my finger along it turned it black. Back where my tow hitch is was dirty as well. They weren't even touched. My back window that half pops up jam wasn't even touched either. I was expecting a lot for the price he charged. I understand that I have a large vehicle but I was expecting a lot more for the price of $771.75 and only an hour of work. I feel that is a little excessive. Then he wanted to charge me an additional $300.00 fee for the inside.

"[member name removed]- The job that was contracted out to us by the company that paid for your service was to remove the "overspray" from your vehicle, not to detail it. We got all the paint overspray off the vehicle and thats what we were hired to do. We did go the extra mile and still do a moderate detail to your car and acid washed your rims and clean and dressed your tires. Which was over and above our job hired for. When I quoted you for the additional work you wanted it wasnt just the interior. You wanted the interior done and a full paint correction to fix all of your scratches on the exterior. I stated our paint correction service is $249 and the interior was $149, and we would take $100 off for doing both, thats where the $300 comes from. I explained to you that pricing structure very clearly. Im sorry you felt you should have gotten more, however you dont go to a body shop to have a dent fixed and expect them to wax your car after their done? You hire someone for the service requested and thats what was completed. We still did extra work for you. Im sorry you were not satisfied with the "detail" that you thought you should have gotten, but we were hired to do the overspray and thats what was completed. Anything over and above that was us going the extra mile. Thanks"

Arrived ahead of schedule . Did a good job with the interior carpets and seats. I needed to point out missed details with the exterior and doors. The windows were not cleaned very well at all! The final bill included a $5.63 fee for payment with a check, I was told this policy was on their web site, I found it later in the fine print!!!!!!

"Opposed to simply not accepting personal checks due to the fact that some bounce, we do charge 2.9% on check transactions. We try and keep our prices as low as possible and don't build in those extra cost. We encourage cash payment and give a discount for doing so. We explain that to the customer at time of payment and they have the option of paying with cash at that point. If they choose to still pay with check then that charge is applied. As far as any spots on the exterior, we always ask each and every customer if their is anything we can touch up for them and we walk around the vehicle with the customer to ensure that they're happy before we leave. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are more than happy to fix any small issues that may appear. We are in the service industry and its hard to please every customer, however thats why we're willing to take the extra time and have you look over the vehicle before we leave. We stand behind our work 100% and will fix any issue before we leave."

Chris was excellent. He arrived on time as promised. He completed the detail in the time estimated for the agreed price. The car looked great, and Chris went the extra mile to clean and touch up other things that I did not even point out.
I have had many other detail companies I have worked with in the past, and Chris was by far the best. I would highly recommend This service, and I have recommended him to my friends.
