Euro Hardwood Flooring

I unfortunately hired another company to do my hardwoods. Repeated mistakes have occurred with the other company. Daniel from Euro Hardwoods has been wonderful in helping me navigate this situation. He came out to look at my hardwoods to help me problem solve how to fix the mistakes made by the other company. He’s spent a lot of time on the phone answering my questions. He’s clearly a master at his work. He’s also incredibly patient and kind in helping me even though I’m not his client. I would hire him without a second thought.

Daniel and his team are absolute masters at hardwood flooring! They refinished my 60+ year old oak floors and they look brand new! Better than I could have imagined. They had to lace in a lot of new wood where it was missing and they matched it so well, you can't even tell. They are very professional and easy to work with. This is the third home of mine that Daniel refinished oak floors. In each home, they turned out beautifully! Daniel has also done a lot of work for my clients and they all love his work. I highly recommend Daniel and his qualified team.

Great it was an absolute pleasure all of the staff was helpful and made the process really easy. I could even text them which was a huge plus with my busy schedule.

We had 3 or 4 bids to install ~800 sq ft of new hardwood flooring to
match existing floors and then stain/refinish everything. We ended up
hiring Euro Hardwood Floors because we really liked the guy (Victor)
that came out to do the bid - he seemed very experienced. Long story
short: Victor quit shortly after doing our bid but before our install,
so Euro hired a sub-contractor to do it (Gary Barton). Gary is the only
reason this review has any 'A' ratings (Quality and Punctuality). Gary
did a phenomenal job! Gary will be my first and only phone call for any
future flooring needs. Dealing w/ Euro after Victor left was painful,
we were being pushed hard into a stain/finish we didn't want. So, we
opted to switch companies for the stain/finish but let Euro (actually
Gary) do the install. Let me tell you that Dan from Euro hardwood was
neither happy nor professional about our choice to go with another
company to do the Swedish finish we wanted. I haven't talked with him
since that very unpleasant phone call, but I get the feeling it was in
anger/revenge that he never hauled away the old carpet from my front
porch. I would never recommend Euro hardwood flooring to anyone. The
only thing they did right was to hire Gary for our install - he was
awesome!

Excellent! This provider was very easy to work with and they did a great job! They were great about explaining how everything works, especially the fact that the wood had to sit out opened so that it can acclimate to the room. They did living and dining room and we were very pleased with the outcome.

This is the worst people to deal with. They gave me a quotation week before they started work today. Came 8 clock in the morning today. started work. about 2 hours in to work , I got a call from the owner of this company saying that they want to charge me extra. when I refuse to pay more than what we agreed upon , they left the work. All 3 bedrooms upstairs now in total mess. My kids and I have to sleep in the living room since these people remove half of my existing floors in bedrooms. I am filing a lawsuit against these people.
