They were punctual.  Called before arriving.  A little costly.

I had called for an estimate the week prior to having my windows cleaned; Marc was able to come out that same day with a bid. Not only that, he was able to schedule me for first thing the following Saturday.
Our widows were, I'm embarrased to say, extremely dirty. We're planning on replacing them in the not-so-distant future, and my husband had recommended to me that I not even try to have them washed, as there was no way they would get clean. Yep, they were bad. Marc showed up at 7:45am sharp and went to work. And--I still can't believe it--he got them clean. Really clean. It's a week later, and I still can't believe I'm looking out MY windows. (I know I'm gushing, but did I mention that these windows were REALLY dirty???)
We don't have a large home--it's a rambler--but for the work he had to do I found his price absolutely resonable. I was very happy to write that check (in which I included a well-deserved tip!). Even my husband was impressed.
Marc was on time, professional, and did an amazing job. Would I recommend him to friends and family? Yes. Would I ask them to clean our windows in the future? Absolutely!! A+++

Very good experience, they had a pretty tough job removing the hard water spots from the windows on the basement level. They lived up to their guarantee, returning just a couple of days later to clean again due to a rain storm. I recommended them to the neighbor across the street, who is very h****** all outside services, demanding extreme quality, and she was very impressed with their price and quality.
