+ -1 moreThe business owner bragged about how "Honest" he was. He didn't show up when promised, and doesn't return phone calls. This company moved a sprinkler box last fall in order to pour a slab. When I turned on my sprinklers this spring, there is a massive amount of water flooding out from underneath this newly poured concrete slab. I called Benjamin and asked him to fix it. He said he would call me back in 24 hours to discuss. It has now been 48 hours since that initial notification. He has not called me back and is now ignoring my text messages to him. In addition, he has also promised to clean off the cement splatter on my vinyl fence and still hasn't fulfilled on this promise he made 5 months ago. He is not an Honest business owner. I suggest you find another Cement guy. The money you save is not worth the aggrivation of working with him or his company. You have been warned.

+ -1 moreNow I have to pay $1500; to not have lien property from the concrete company. I paid for my inexperience with money, but I think contractors as them must be stopped somehow.
Description of Work: They will come to your house and offer a very affordable price. They will show you a fake license and insurance. They will do some extra stuff what you are not asking for, just to gain your trust. They will promise to get you lien release . They will try to extract more money from you; if you refuse you will deal with concrete company for unpaid bills.He called him self Benjamin,her name is Nau. His real name is Pensimani Okusi.They are scammers out for your money.
