I called Dan because he came out before and cleared out our main drain to the street. He doesn’t give up and try to up-sale you to get more money out of you. He is a very professional and honest man. I will always call Dan for any plumbing job I have.. He completed the job in about 30 minutes and only charged me 70.00 which I think is very fare.

Dan comes out and roto-roots the main line to remove the roots and clear the line for me about twice a year. He is always prompt and professional. Heck, half the time he has cleaned up and gone before I can get to my wallet. He does a great job and I will continue to keep using his service.

He came right out and got to work. He took off the toilet and snaked the drain. He had a huge 120 ft snake. He said he crushed up whatever was in the drain and that he didn't find any tree roots. He was a great guy and very sharp. He only charged $110 for the work.

Everything went perfect. I got same day service. Daniel is a friendly and helpful professional. Even though he had difficulty getting thru to my tenant when he arrived, he was persistent. Problem solved at a reasonable rate! The perfect transaction!

Wow!!! I have a rental property and the basement floor drain was plugged. Dan agreed to meet me in twenty minutes. I live less then a mile away and when I arrived he and his big white truck was parked in front of the property. After a courteous introduction we went in and he started diagnosing the problem and in 5-10 minutes he had the drain unplugged. He also augged a slow draining sink upstairs all within 40 minutes and under one hundred dollars. Yes I would recommend him. A+++.

I scheduled the drain treatment the same day I called.  Yay!!!!  Dan (I think) was on time and courteous.  He fixed the problem, and gave advice on how to prevent it in the future.  He also answered my questions (I am one of those annoying people with lots of questions).  I am very pleased with the visit.  The price was reasonable - I feel I got my money's worth.  I would gladly use this company again in the future, and recommend them to friends.

Dan was great to work with. My main drain backed up while I was out of town. Dan was willing to coordinate the work with my son to gain access to the house and take my payment over the phone. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He explained what the problem was and what my short term & long term options are. I will definitely call on Dan for my future plumbing needs.

Based on rave reviews on Angie's List and inability to get our previous plumber, I contacted Dan first thing Saturday morning. He arrived early for a 2:30 appointment. After inspecting the various locations he could use to snake the main in search of a 4 in pipe that would enable him to use a larger snake, he removed a toilet. The previous plumber repeatedly accessed a 3 in pipe to clean out the drain no doubt as it was easier than removing a toilet. Within 45 mins Dan had located a block that appeared to be rust in the sewer main along with roots from a large tree that was adjacent to the pipe. He clearly explained what had occurred and that this would likely resolve our recurring issues without having to resort to digging up the main or removing a large tree. His desire to do the right thing and not mislead us into spending additional money unnecessarily was refreshing based on our previous experience with a number of plumbers. I would highly recommend Drain Champ and intend to call Dan again for periodic drain cleaning.

The main drain to my house clogged and was backing up in to my basement.  Of course it was Sunday afternoon. (Isn't it surprising how often these things seem to happen during off-hours.)  Based on reviews I found here on Angie's List I called Dan at Drain Champ he answered the phone cheerfully and after I explained the problem to me he quoted me the base cost of $105 for after hours service and said he would be here in an hour.  He beat his estimate and arrived in about 45 minutes.  He found the cap to the main drain access had never been removed and was stuck on.  He cut it off, cleaned out the drain to the street and replaced the cap (an extra $15 on the base quote).  He performed the job quickly, professionally, and cheerfully.  I would not hesitate to use him again (hope I don't have to though).   I would recommend  him to others.

After calling quite a few different plumbers looking for someone who could come by in the next few hours, I tried Drain Champ. He said he could be to my house within the hour and quoted me a flat rate for this specific service. He did indeed arrive within the hour and immediately got to work. The nasty mess in the kitchen sinks was unclogged within 20 minutes. It required him to climb on the roof and snake the drains through the vent up there. He had all the necessary equipment and never got side-tracked. I honestly thought we'd have to replace parts under the sink, but thankfully that wasn't needed.

Dan came to our house where we had some severe plumbing issues particularly to do with the main sewer line.  We have all had good, medium and bad experiences and what it all comes down to is plain simple honesty and integrity.  Dan is about as honest a person that you will ever find, punctual, professional and conducts business with the utmost integrity.  I would call him for any plumbing need without question and I think I can honestly say he would give you as affair an estimate as you can get. When you want a job done right the first time  you could not look further than calling Dan. 
I could not recommend him higher ? if you need help cal Dan and I am sure you will delighted with his service.

I have never written a review before but I am so grateful to Dan that I wanted to let other people know about him. It was a Sunday morning and our main sewer line was plugged up. We couldn't use any of our sinks, showers or toilets, because it caused the sewer to back up into the basement. I first called another highly rated plumber who advertized Sunday hours, left a message and never got any response. I then called DrainChamp, Dan answered the phone and said he could come at 3:30 - 4:00 pm. He was there at 3:30 and I showed him the problem. I thought he would have to pull the toilet in the basement like other plumbers had done. He said, "What is in this room?" I told him there was some storage and a pipe. He said, That's not just a pipe, it's The Pipe." Within minutes he was routing out the main sewer line without pulling the toilet. I Referred him to my daughter and on Monday he cleaned a drain in her house which had been plugged for months. In that case he had to get on her roof. In both cases he was very quick, efficient and solved the problem at a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great, all the positive reviews were well founded.  I found him on Angie's list and called, he answered the initial phone call, we set a one hour range for him to come that afternoon (4-5pm), I called around 2pm just to confirm and answered right away, said he'd be a bit early and would call me when he left his last job w/ 20 minutes to my house.  He called as he said and he was at my house when I got there and effiicently moved through the process.  Could have easily snaked the bathtub drain as well and charged me for it, but didn't need to be done.  Personable and professional guy, super comfortable with him in my house.

Dan charged only $60 to snake the drain, plus only $40 for the overtime (he came Saturday night at 9:00pm, the night before Easter Sunday!). What a treat to find someone who is fair (Roto Rooter wanted to talk us into some type of "special treament" for the drain that would cost $270!!!) We called Dan at ~6:00pm and he said he would be able to come between 8:00-9:00pm. He was right on time, calling before he came at 8:45pm. He snaked the drain and took the time to explain to us about preventing backed up drains. He was professional, prompt, and friendly. We will absolutely call him again.

Dan arrived on time, was very professional, and seems like a very nice guy. He cleaned out the drain and did not make a mess.
