House Cleaning
When they came, they did a good job, but I had to be very specific in what I wanted done. They never moved anything to clean under it. I had to call and remind them each time it was time to come to my house.

"I did have too much going on in this instance, I was recently an employee short and trying to balance out our schedule. For that I apologized. When taking down her information I failed to make note that she wanted the first spot, I was cleaning and therefore writing quickly. When I was on my way at eleven o'clock- I called to touch base, after an extensive rant about how horrible I was and being told not to bother coming I agreed it would be best and apologized again. I've been in business for over 6 years and can honestly say that I bend over backwards for my clients and have never lost one due to the service we provide. It was an innocent mistake. You can't win them all I guess."
