I was in need for deck repairs and reached out to several builders. Many calls not returned, bids way too high (because the job was perceived to be too small), but my first conversation with Dave (DM Handyman) was awesome! We set up a time so he could look at my deck the next day and he was right on time. He was also the only one that came to look at my deck and inspected it so closely spending nearly a ½ hour determining the repairs and how he would complete them. He promised an estimate that evening and he delivered on that promise. His bid was very fair for the work that needed to be done. He arrived as promised and took nearly a day to complete the work. It was far from easy work to fix the shortcuts the original builder of the deck took. My wife and I feel much safer now the deck is up to code and items we didn'€™t realize were faulty were repaired. Dave is very honest and provides outstanding service. I highly recommended Dave (DM Handyman) for any work you need completed and I am positive I will reach out to him again. Thanks Dave!
