Went perfectly, I have known Jim for over 20 years. He is honest, hard working and very punctual. Also, one of the most important traits, he knows garage doors and openers. I have used Diamond door numerous times and I highly recommend them.

I called him on the phone he gave me an approximate cost and set up a time to come and see the job.  He then gave us the completed bid price.  I agreed that the price was fair.  He ordered the door and told me when he would be there to do the job.  He called me about an hour before arriving at my house.  Completed the job it a timely manor.  I paid him and he left.  Awesome transaction from start to finish.  I would definitely use him again. Without question.  Nice to do a job with only a handshake and have it all go as it should. Great company.

They were kind and mindful of children and animals. They cleaned up after themselves. I thought they were a little high priced. They contacted me with any problems.
