They were great! They beat other's prices by A LOT. I've only had everything installed for a month or two now; but it's GREAT! I've had no issues, and I love it all! No complaints here! I don't remember the exact cost of everything.... but I believe the total cost of everything was around ($6000) for everything. Not exactly sure.

The service person said they cleaned the dryer vent from the outside in. When I looked I noticed there were 2 wasps nests so he obviously did not clean the vent. I called another company and they saw the furnace was not cleaned at all and there was a dead mouse. Deseret is supposed to refund my money but I'm still awaiting a check.

The job was very, very well done. Deseret is a small company and the owner does much of the work. Highly skilled and a real pleasure to work with. We had 5 bids on the job all ranged from $8,000 to $10,500 except Deseret was $4,500. Some of the savings came from installing the Goodman furnace instead of one of highly advertised brands. I checked out Goodman and it has a good reputation, especially among installers. It carries a 10 year warranty. Consumer Reports and others indicate that it is on a par with the other brands and that having a well qualified installer is much more important than what brand furnace you buy. Deseret and Greg FULLY MEET the well qualified installer criteria.
