They were professional at all steps of the process.

The owner is nice. He put in concrete steps. I think they turned out well. I hesitate to recommend him because we had a lot of miscommunication, and he had to reschedule a lot. He seems nice though. I would just say before you sign a contract make sure you both have a clear understanding of what the job entails. Also I would ask him to write those things in the contract. He used a generic contract with me. I would ask him to make it specifically to the job.

They did great work for replacing our driveway and parking walkway. Excellent finish work. They were very responsive to our needs, and great for the price. They also did some window well plastering, which was well done except for cleanup. I would highly recommend them (but check on clean up before leaving).

After trying to find a concrete contractor over many weeks and having my messages ignored, it was nice to find someone that responded quickly and was able to complete the work in a short time frame. The quality of the work was excellent and done in one day. The only negative was the price changed after they started. I understand that the amount of concrete to order needed to be changed once the forms were put in place but it was still a change I wasn't expecting. All that being said, I would recommend First Desert Concrete to anyone and would use them again if the need arises.

Great work on a hot tub slab we did. Love the work and will have them back in the spring for more work.

Job was completed. Miscommunications were rectified. I am happy with the results.

The response from my request was very fast and Kali was very eager to perform the work. The patio(s) I needed were in the back yard. The finish work was very unacceptable. All the corners were chipped and broken. Some edges were not smooth. (no form was used in two places to contain the cement) The finish work along the expansion cracks and edges are very poorly done. The crew was asked to stay off the neighbors property but they drove equipment on it anyway and now the neighbor has requested me to pay for the damages caused by the equipment. Kali indicated several times he would return to make things right, but has never returned. While Kali is a great guy, I would not recommend him to perform any flat concrete work.

Does not look professional when they show up for bid but they show up on time and do what they agree to without issue. My driveway turned out perfect. Dont let first impressions decieve you, this crew is great.

I am a contractor who also uses home adviser to advertise with. And I needed some steps poured out of a basement. The steps turned out great, and at a good price. He was great to work with. I would hire him again.

Kali and his crew were very friendly and professional. We are very happy with how our side driveway turned out. It looks great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were quick and threw in a few free extras when they graded the land near but not attached to the driveway job. Real professionals - and I will be inviting them back next spring to do more work at my home.

The company move up the scheduled time we requested originally by two weeks due to weather concerns. The owner is excellent to deal with and work crew is professional and their quality is great. They completed the job ahead of schedule.

Breakdown in communications, such as starting times and and procedures. Get everything in writing. The actual cement job was o.k. but cleanup was poor.

The work crew is excellent and their quality is great. BUt their scheduling is two to three weeks late and they do not like to work in cloudy or overcast conditions, even prep work! They are on the high side of pricing and like to add to the original bid. Once the do get started the crew works very hard and does excellent work, but getting them started is a challenge!

He had a few issues with his equipment which cause a delay on finishing the job on the time frame he quoted me. But he still finished in time that the concrete was set long enough to put my tuff sheds on them when they were scheduled to arrive. That's the only reason I gave him 4.5

This was a tuff time of year for my project. The weather was not very cooperative. Kali keep me informed about what he was doing and why. Kali still need to come back and do some finishing.

They were quickly, friendly, know what they're doing, and did a quality job!
