DELUXE CARPET & AIR DUCT CLEANING

It was fine, nothing spectacular but not bad either.  I used them for this service over 4 YEARS AGO mind you.  They call me EVERY 3 months asking if I want to get my carpets cleaned or if I want to hear the specials.  I have told them SEVERAL times to take me off the call list.  Yet today I got another call!!!  I don't know what else to do at this point.  I don't usually bad mouth other companies but when they call me ALL the time and they claim they "don't have a call list" I just wonder how they are even allowed to continuously call????  So know that if you use them even one time, you will get a lifetime of calls (from different numbers each time) trying to get you to use them again.

The operator on the phone was very polite and responsive. He told me he could get a guy to come out the same day, and offered to call me and let me know when he was on his way. He called me at 4pm, said his service man was leaving an appointment about 15 minutes from my home, so should expect him there soon. When he didn't come, I called multiple times over the next couple hours with no answer, just a busy signal. The service man didn't show up for another 2 hours, around 6 pm. He showed up smelling strongly of smoke. He seemed a little unclear on the price I was originally quoted over the phone, but he gave me the lower price so I was fine with that. Another employee showed up about an hour into the cleaning to help him out. The second guy that came seemed a little more professional and knowledgeable. If I had this done again I would probably go with a different company.

I have had the same company for a long time. I always have the same person. Overall I am very pleased.

I wouldn't hire them again. They didn't do a thorough cleaning. There are still many stains.

VERY POSITIVE AND COOPERATIVE. WORKS WELL WITH CUSTOMER AND UNDERSTANDINGS. VERY GOOD. IF YOU LIKE A CERTAIN PERSON YOU CAN ASK BY NAME. CAN BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH ONE PERSON AND FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HAPPY.
