I was given his phone number by a friend. I called him and made an appointment. He arrived about 5 minutes early. He was presentable and friendly. I had already explained what I wanted done. We went over it again and he got the water heater from my guarge, brought it to my basement and installed it in less that an hour. We talked for a few minutes, I paid him and promised I would call him again whenever I needed a plumber.
