+ -1 moreHorrible experience. They completely ruined four of the six rugs. They came back stained with yellow all over, plus they were stiff and brittle. One was shrunken too with the edges warped. Absolutely horrifying experience. Plus they inflated the charges by saying that the rugs were bigger than they actually were.
Description of Work: We hired them to take six of our Oriental rugs and clean them because they charged $1.39 per square foot ($1.70 for the two-sided ones), which was considerably less than the other local companies.
