Poor. During my initial phone conversation I provided the make and the year this water softener was produced. I was assured repairs could be made. When the tech arrived he was not here 2 minutes until he announced Culligan did not carry parts for this model, nor could they be found anywhere. I felt I was deceived as they had this information prior to coming to my home and my being on the hook for a $129.00 service call. I felt like the only reason they scheduled this appointment was to attempt to see me a new water softener as the tech said several times the price of my service call could be applied towards a new water softener.

Very Poor. On the phone I provided the name and age of current water softener. I was told it should be repairable. When the tech arrived, the first thing he said was these types are non-repairable. He stated Culligan does not carry the parts for them. Of course by now I was on the hook for a service call. At the beginning of setting up my appointment they knew the brand, yet they scheduled an appointment just to try to sell their product. A very classic bait and switch technique. I would certainly have to think long and hard before I will consider making a purchase from them.

Their work was very satisfactory at first, they were not communicating very well but when the work was done, we were very satisfied with the work and the price, additional services was also available, from full filter service replacement and/or rent out the water softening system. They had economical pricing and several pricing levels if we wanted a whole system installed or just a system repair.

Culligan has been great. We have a 22 year old water softener and they have no problems servicing it. The technicians are also very knowledgeable. They are able to answer all of our questions and help us keep our water softener running.

Culligan is quick and efficient. They come in, get the job done and leave. They do not kill time by chit-chatting, like some other companies do. They are a little bit on the expensive side, but it is worth the cost. I like their name and reputation.
