CRYSTAL CLEAR PAINTING

He was slow to start and slow to finish.  He did not complete the job as promised.  He did not finish painting some exterior doors. When asked if I thought the job was good  i said it was ok.  The guy went berserk.  He continued to berate me and my expectations. Cussed me up and down using the F word repeatedly.  Told him to just get off the property.  He theatened to sue me if I claimed retaction againest my credit card by which I had paid him. He I am sure to this day belives he did a great job.  I would not hire him again if he was the last person on earth.  Buyer beware.

Don came out, gave a great estimate, on the Saturday he was to show at 8:30am he was a no call no show. At 9 am we called him and he said he will be there at 9:30am because that what he was scheduled for which is wrong. We then wait and no show no call and at 10:45am he calls and says he is at our office building ready to paint. We had no one on site then because he was a no call no show. We said to wait 15 minutes and we will be there. Don then was very rude and said we were wasting his time and he was doing us a favor and our paint out to where it could have been stolen. Tried numerous times to contact him to get the situation resolved and when our VP got a hold of him he then was rude and said we wasted his time, though he did not show up at the scheduled time nor did he call. He did cash the down payment we gave him but would not return the money minus the paint cost. He said you got the paint and then hung up the phone on our VP. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not use this company. Waste of Time and money and will get scammed.

When it came time for the work to be done, the original salesman was not available. The 3 colors that we picked were nothing that we originally wanted. One was exactly the same color on our house, so we called back to the company disappointed and informed them that these colors were not working. They (not the original salesman) said they would come back and do more paint swatches for $75 each and I said no way. I said I am not paying for it. I stayed around the house when they were painting and they painted over the rotten old boards that they were supposed to repair. They did fix the boards but when they finally put the boards on they put on the unfinished side, which looks very rough. They missed an entire portion of our home when they painted it and the bill was $750 more than the original estimate. This was for the boards that needed to be replaced and the labor. Their workmanship was terrible and they didn t paint the boards behind my hedges.
