When I went to sell our house, our inspector found that Comfort Systems failed to put the required drainage pipe and security bracket on the water heater and also did not tighten the connection sufficiently so there was a small gas leak. Also, I had to dispute the charge of the water heater because I found it on-line for half the price Comfort Systems had charged. They kept sending me bills for the full amount and never responded to my phone calls about this.
Finally, they put in an illegal double tapped electrical wiring box when they had installed the AC unit. This was discovered by my inspector also and cost me $1700 to fix with a licensed electrician.
Never use this company!. They do shoddy work, overcharge, and fail to respond in a professional manner.
