I have had Clear Mobile internet service for the past several years. Recently my service slowed down so much that my bluray player would simply time out every time I tried to watch Netflix or any other video service. I called Clear Mobile. I was told that the towers they use for my SLC University area home are simply overloaded. They spent a good bit of time with me on the phone troubleshooting my internet speed but ultimately were unable to provide any solution or anticipate any solution emerging in the near future. I had to switch providers.
