drapery cleaning
 + -1 moreThe cost was excessive. It turns out that they sent the drapes to another business to be cleaned and didn't even tell me. I tried to use them also for regular dry cleaning, but I had several items ruined. I asked if they had a person to do reweaving of sweaters, and they said yes but they needed to send the sweater to a different company. I said OK to this plan. However, when I picked up this sweater, they had had their on site seamstress sew up the small tear and it looks awful! They ruined my expensive cashmere sweater jacket. THey also did OK dry cleaning work for me on more usual items.
Description of Work: The price quoted is for 8 pairs of drapes.
