Unless you have $100k - $1MM to spend, don't even think about going here. They are doing a lot of commercial work I learned during a very long six months of working with them. As a result, your small project or kitchen is not a priority and you'll be treated as such - put on the back burner. Very frustrating. I don't know how competitive their pricing is but even a former employee said they're much more expensive than other places. Quality of cabinets is good but they didn't manufacture them. Beware of their policy that they must receive 100% payment before cabinets will be brought into your home. Who operates a business that way?

Quote was very fair in comparison. They measured/installed quickly to help us meet our deadlines.The installer had very good input to accomodate construction issues.

The designer was great to work with but we weren't thrilled with the installer. He was nice and fast but sloppy.

C and D did a terrific job. They gave some great direction in making sure that the solution I needed for counter tops in two kitchens in the rental I was remodeling.

Charlie, the salesman was a pleasure to work with. We did the tear out of the old kitchen ourselves, and Charlie came by 3 times to insure that the design of the new cabinetry was correct. The cabinet installer was extremely professional, experienced, and skilled. He went out of his way to make us comfortable with the install, and worked late the first day to get everything in place before leaving. The counter tops fit perfectly and the install went smoothly.

I went there but it didn’t work out. I didn’t get any help and by the time I flagged someone down, he went through a thing and told me he’d get back to me later that day. I called back the next week and he didn’t give me any quote. It didn’t seem like they wanted my business too bad. In the mean time, I went to a couple of other places and got better prices. I even called a manager who told me there was a cell phone number. If it was one person, I wouldn’t grade them so harshly.

I am planning to use them in a few months.

This company provided excellent service. The entire job took three months to complete. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were prompt and courteous.

We shopped around first and they had the best price. I felt the installers were professional and knowledgeable and got the job done efficiently and in a timely manor. The installers were friendly too.
